Dhaka opens power corridor to New Delhi

Would you mind telling us the whereabouts of LBA and Teesta water, also?

Confirmation required: BAF to loan one squadron of J-10A.

WS-10A is fitted in J-11B and some other planes. But, it does not prove the reliability of this engine. It takes a century to mature a complex jet engine. Western world countries have spent cumulative two centuries to develop and bring to maturity their engines. In comparison, China has only a...

East Pakistani Soldiers during Operation Searchlight

Did I make any statement that is not compatible with the truth and reality. JI people always say there was no liberation war, it was only Indian intervention. But, the reality is Muktis fought valiantly with whatever ragtag weapons their hands could take hold of and they did not wait for those...

Let's talk about AL's success and failure in this tenure?

It is too easy to say electricity situation has not improved at all by seeing only the load shedding. But, since the country has increased installed capacity and many of the power plants are running, therefore, we can say power situation has improved a little. The GoB wants to develop the...

Confirmation required: BAF to loan one squadron of J-10A.

We also wonder why Pakistan needs such a large army and so many planes. Unfortunately, this is causing India to enlarge its forces proportionately. This again poses a problem for India's neighbours with historical enemity. War or no war, and no one can really predict a war, BD needs to improve...

India’s Tata to outsources to women in Saudi Arabia

Not him, but many fanatics are worried that they cannot take four wives if the women are employed in jobs. Do you fear Talibans bombing TATA offices in SA?

'Northeast Indian rebels back in Bangladesh'

Our Mullahs and IM together have already made your NE a hell on earth. Think of your own survival as a state. India will soon be divided into many parts. Note, we have our assets not only in NE and w. Bengal, but also in other parts of India.

Bangladesh may get 95% duty-free access to China

Many of the JI guys disguy themselves and their compatriots as BNP supporters. But, BNP supporters are not fundamentalists, they are progressive minded and by character will not come frequently with citation from some very old and half obsolete books to make a point same as the Talibans in...

    Curtain falls on Bangladesh-India relations?

LBA was signed by none other than the PM of India, but it was not passed by the Parliament. It has brought shame to India and its system. MMS should have talked with the opposition before signing a treaty that has less value than the value of the paper on which he signed.

Bd also has China made F-7 jets, too. Point here is BAF will shortly start induction seriously. It will enlarge its fleet from now on. If BAF really purchases the J-10As these will not be its last induction. There will be perhaps a total of nine sq. of planes in the immediate future. So, by the...

East Pakistani Soldiers during Operation Searchlight

When Mujib came out to BD from the Pakistani prison he found he had lost much of his executive power during his absence when the war was going. His absolute power was divided among many others. BD was a war ravaged country. Mujib started the National/State Bank with $34 donated by probably...

    Curtain falls on Bangladesh-India relations?

Land Border Agreement was signed between the two countries' govts that cannot be erased with a lame excuse. Everything was pre-planned by the Indian political establishment. Seems India has discarded its SHW. What an insult she has received!!! I do not think a naive like her should ever be...

No source is forthcoming. So, read only the specs and kill time. I will keep on sending little by little.

Confirmation required: BAF to loan one squadron of J-10A.

I do not think the talks should be India-centric or how India will steal J-10A technology. Any way, it is your choice. But, if Indian posters are given too importance in this thread the discussion will change its course, or has it not already?

China J-10 Jet Fighter: How Much Do We Know? (Part-1) by Richard Fisher, Jr. Published on January 16th, 2007 Since late December 2006 China has been rolling out its Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC) Jian-10 (Fighter-10, or J-10) multi-role fighter, with some publicity. We have seen...

Let's talk about AL's success and failure in this tenure?

AL failures are: 1) Not completing the 4-lane expansion work in the Dhaka-Ctg. road. 2) Not starting the Padma Bridge. 3) SHW should, however, be applauded for bringing up the popularity of BNP and BKZ. Without the CTG issue it would have been much difficult for BNP to appeal to the...

Well, MMS is not a DGFI mole. But, at least one of our moles in Indian defense ministry was exposed two years ago. He was a big officer. India's intel is so excellent that he fled back to BD before being caught.

    Curtain falls on Bangladesh-India relations?

It is same bickering also in Indian politics that we see and so de-taste in our own country. Anyway, I believe LBA may not see the light anytime soon. The next general election will not give a 2/3rd majority to any of the parties. So, the same stalemate will continue for decades. BJP is not...

Four more border haats across BD-India border

I think, lacking legal routes for export, many of the Meghalaya fruits are entering BD through smuggling. Being a mountain area, Meghalay must have a good potentiality to produce fruits more in quantities than it produces now. But, to expand it must have a better access to BD. Other parts of...

    Curtain falls on Bangladesh-India relations?

Bold part: Mr. Munshi, Sir, there is no reason to think India can guarantee Hasina's dream to remain a life long PM. We vote for or agianst her, but Indians do not. People do not like AL and SHW. But, corruption of BKZ, her two sons and many BNP cronies made people anti-BKZ in the last election...
