look dude, there may be problems that doesn't mean that they are not under government's effective control or whatever you call it, maoists are no better than organized criminals, and they are a menace but the government is still in effective control of those areas....

i think this incident has a deeper angle everyone is looking at........why will NATO attack on these forces deliberately and jeopardize their own operation, it looks like more of a covert operation which was aimed at something else, but got messed somehow......
