Big attack on Chaman Border crossing

Why would India attack when (a) Pakistan has nuclear weapons and (b) India's reputation in the wider world would be utterly destroyed if there was no just cause and (c) India has never instigated a war? Please, use common sense.

Big attack on Chaman Border crossing

I've never seen Pakistan in such disarray. Economic collapse, security collapse and diplomatic collapse. What a calamity!

India is dominant regionally,There was an era when the world used to see India & Pakistan on equal terms. Today nobody does that : S Jaishankar

I care about Indian defence. Believe it or not, if you Google "Indian defence forum", this sub-forum comes up. As you can see, I barely post. I have 40+ posts since 2014. So, yes, I don't care about Pakistan and 40 posts in 9 years is indicative of that. Hope this helps!

India is dominant regionally,There was an era when the world used to see India & Pakistan on equal terms. Today nobody does that : S Jaishankar

I don't care about Pakistan. Its a country with a GDP less than Ireland for heavens sake. You said "International media still doesn't mention India without mentioning Pakistan" now either you are talking in general, which is nonsensical as proven above, or talking about "South Asia" in which...

India is dominant regionally,There was an era when the world used to see India & Pakistan on equal terms. Today nobody does that : S Jaishankar

What nonsense! What absolute diatribe! Pakistanis really do want to be attached to India so they can garner some sort of relevance. So shameful. Feeling of tremendous inferiority. I have haphazardly checked the latest, and relevant, 5 articles from the Financial Times, Economist and Foreign...

Big attack on Chaman Border crossing

Well, Pakistan's plan to use AFG as strategic depth and the Taliban as allies really worked out well. What a low IQ strategy.

‘Strike after 26/11 may have led to war’: Former Pak minister Kasuri

You have to be very proud of India's restraint after the Mumbai attacks, they had valid grounds to strike those camps in Pakistan and the international community would have sided with India as Pakistan's reputation had gone down the gutter. Some might say the cowardly option but war is no good...

Radar lock on F16 for 4 minutes by Mig 29 !!!

There are no Russian MiG-29s in Syria, only Su-24s, Su-25s, Su-34s and Su-30SMs and that's that. Those MiG-29s were Syrian MiGs, whether or not they were flown by Russian pilots is a different matter, but I doubt that too.

Talks for Su-35, Mi-35 sales to Pakistan are underway: Russian Deputy FM

Part of me hopes Pakistan purchases Su-35s, even if they are in a relatively small number ~36. For two reasons: a) we will know where we stand with Russia, a sale of Su-35s to Pakistan will push us firmly towards the US/Israel/EU and also explore further partnerships with Japan and S.Korea. I'd...

Talks for Su-35, Mi-35 sales to Pakistan are underway: Russian Deputy FM

Feelings in, logic out. More like Russia has been hit hard by its sanctions, hence the T50/PAKFA issues, and are looking to sell as much they can to recover costs.

    MP:NO MORE RAFALES !!!!

Wait, wait, wait, doesn't India have a knack for this? India ordered a set number of Su-30MKIs and then increased that order gradually India ordered a set number of MiG-29s and impressed by its performance and its suitability for its aircraft carriers it proceeded ahead with orders for the...

LCA will not be able to penetrate enemy lines

Was the Tejas' size parameters not restricted/built up around the MiG-21's size to make use of existing infrastructure? Sancho, what are your hopes for the Tejas Mk.II and AMCA? Both formidable and relevant fighters in 2020s or do you expect them to be disappointments?

    Lca delivery way behind schedule!!

All I want to know is...when will the bloody specs of the Tejas MK2/AMCA be frozen/released? Someone on here, I believe it was Sancho, pointed out the AMCA's internal weapons bay/payload was not looking promising.

LCA mk2 : In the spotlight

No one knows a single thing about the fighter jet, no one knows its internal fuel/weapon capabilities or its engine specs etc. etc. and the fact that the DM said "light, single engine aircraft" still leaves the door open for SAAB/Gripen. What this fighter needs is some faith and exports, once...

Indian MoD approves buy of 6 Airbus A330 for Indian AWACS

The relationship between India and France is remarkably strong. Is it on par with India's relationship with Russia and Israel now? Mirage upgrade, Rafale deal, Airbus tankers/AWACS, Scorpene and many more.

HAL Hands Over Tejas Jets To IAF

    a) won't receive that radar, (b) F414 specs not fully released (earlier tweet mentioning something on this) and (c) no idea about the weight/fuel of the fighter.
