The off-road MAZ TELs of the S-300/400 are 8x8, while the Zoljana TEL is 10x10.
If we assume that the launch tubes of the Bavar-373 are lighter because of the hot-launch.
Hence the Zoljana TEL should be able to carry more load.
This is why there is a possibility that a third tube fits the row in the middle. Now I don't know if its a multi-missile TEL that can also load Sayyad-2/3 in the second row, but a full load of 6 missiles in two rows x 3 missiles, could be the reason for the 10x10 TEL.
