A thread dedicated for Iranian indigenous long range air defence Bavar-373.
Bavar-373 is a completely Iranian designed and made system which has been in development for almost a decade. Its development began after Iran was denied long range systems from abroad.
S-300 is sometime called falsely "Iranian version of s-300". This is a misleading statement as these systems are completely different and not related to each other. According Janes international:
Bavar-373's components were revealed a month ago in a military exhibition. Below are pics and some information.
The pic below show launch canisters. The launch canister suggest a hot launch system as apposed to cold launched systems as seen in S-400 etc.
Below shows Meraj-4 radar. This radar is the final production version of Qamar radar which was stated to have a range of 450km. Hence, Meraj-4 will have a minimum range of 450km.
Below we can see another flat lid radar which as off now is unammed:
Bavar TEL and a third un-named radar:
A side view of the Command post:
Missiles used in Bavar-373 were not shown on Camera in the exhibition, but below is one of the missile which were shown in a parade a year ago. The missile is the sayyad-4 missile whose range is thought to be 300km.
As of now, Bavar-373 has not yet been put into mass production. This will occur in a years time. Iranians president has ordered the Bavar-373 to be tested against ballistic missile. This is because B-373 can be used against ballistic missiles in their terminal phase. No videos of its tests have been publicised. Once videos of Bavar's tests are released, I will post them here.

http://www.janes.com/article/63215/iran-unveils-bavar-373-long-range-air-defence-systemThe announcement that Iran was working on its own long-range air-defence system prompted speculation that S-300-lookalike components seen in the 18 April 2010 Army Day parade may have been for the Bavar-373.
That theory has now been categorically disproved as the Bavar-373 displayed on 21 August is clearly a unique Iranian system that appears to reflect extensive investment in its ability to develop phased array radars.
