When Turkey bought Kornet-E systems from Russia, they realised that guidance system was not able to guide missiles to 5500 meters (actual range of that missiles) with night vision systems but to a maximum of 3500 meters unlike daylight ones. So it was tasked to Aselsan solve. They fullfilled the request. After that Jordan adapted the solution for herself using their joint venture with Aselsan.
