Bak in 2007 when Iftikhar Chaudhry and Co was hearing cases against musharraf, They banned ISI & MI agents on court premises. The widely held theory at that time was Intel agents had made a sex tape of one of SC judge daughter and his bf and now threatening him with it. Well They used other dirt materials as well regarding the SC judge family members.

Compare to what JIT members are facing today, This is peanuts. Nothing what judges faced then. What changed the nature of threats and how less threatening they are in physical sense that JIT team are technically under ISI/MI watch.

Indian and Chinese Troops provoke each other on regular basis on Indian/Chinese Borders . But their provocations are such it never escalated to armed conflicts.

IB has not crossed a line. They only went after Bilal rasool. They hacked his wife account only. They roamed around his home casually oftenly, Not regularly. This teasing will continue and Families have to put up their guard and have to endure the teasing but this teasing would not escalate to Harming or blackmailing family members or the JIT members itself.

Do you know there used to be a Taji Sahab, Famous land grabber, Crime lord and Ghunda of grade A having political connections ? Just imagine how political ghunday would have had harassed the family members of JIT members using non state actors . Thats why Government is restricted to using IB ghundays because ISI/MI would tolerate them for a certain degree.

Now think about what if There was no ISI/MI invisible security cloud, how much IB must have crossed the line with all the technical capabilities they have. They could have collected so much dirt on their family by now and would have been pressuring them so much so, that they would have resigned by now.

MI & ISI can-not interfere into IB teasing directly. But if they cross the line, they will learn their lesson.

Which other media house reporting Qatari's agreeing to PMLN's "unthak" koshish?

If it's correct news; then it can potentially delay the case, and also that my info was incorrect re when Nawaz took message of Qatar's Govt to Saudi King on urgent and unplanned trip to KSA, and the type of response he got from King Salman. I stand corrected!

However with types of anchors Captal TV have (especially Beenish - who is very close to Maryams Cell along with Aliya), I have less faith in how they report.

I also doubt this news as only one channel reported it.

Ys... Thats the only option left for them now.. They should wait for 6-7 months.. Us waqt tak OSD bhi ban jayein beshak.. When Justice Khosa becomes CJ.....then they should go to SC...then .. He will surely support them...

PTI has submitted application in this regard.. Your info is correct...

2 applications file ki hain PTI ne.. Ek harrassment wali.. Of JIT members and SC...and regd obstruction of justice..

Ek aur yeh karrahay hain..tht JIT reports should be made public..for transparency...... Yeh aaj file karni thee..but they got late... So now they will file tht application tomorrow..

Qatari delegation visits Pak and gave message from second tier leadership where Jassim has direct influence to Nawaz (privately through Raiwind - not through PM house). Nawaz left urgently for Saudi and tried to offer watered down messages and hoping that he will be offered some importance in this turmoil which potentially can be sold to Qataris as favour - and then hope Qataris will bend backwards to help Nawaz from Panama.

It was worth a shot - dont think it worked as yet! Let's see!!!

Yes... Channel 24 was saying today tht KSA hasnt accepted any offer for mediation...

Lein jab hum pessimist thay..tab buray bantay thay.. Ab tu optimist honay ka time aaya hai.. JIT has done wonders.. Now its all upto SC.. If they dont take action now,,they will get exposed before public.. Unhein koi na koi action lena paray ga..

No..i dont think its upto CJ now.. Panama case se related saari petitions yeh 3 member bench hi sunn raha hai.. So either they make a special request to CJ, tht since ots an extrnely important matter...so CJ should constituite a special larger bench..tab hi CJ intervene karsaktay hain.. Khud se nahi karsaktay...
