Indian RAW kidnaps retired Pakistan Army officer from Nepal

If he is in India and innocent then he should return back to PAkistan even if he is ISI after interrogation and getting all possible information , India should release him the big if is he is in India .

Hanging an individual cant stop neither espionage nor terrorism .

What will be the fate of this gentleman in light of the recent news about the spy Yadev? I think there might be a prisoner transfer in he offing. They will paint the retired Colonel as a spy and project it with much more vigour than our pathetic government. They will try to gain the upper hand on this issue and seeing the total inactivity by our government on this issue, the larger outreach of the Indian diaspora in the world and their effective use of media they might even succeed in painting a completely different picture.

Hanging decisions are often a bargaining chip.

Secondly as far as the Pakistani retired officer's return is concerned well India today announced that even those 12 Civilian Pakistanis will not be returned even they had served their jail terms in different petty issues as the heat is high over Kalbhushan

Mam I think there is no need of holding those 12 innocent civilians , they will be released there release may be delayed byt they will be released .
Hanging is a bargaining chip OK for what ???
I am in favour of giving harsh punishment for terrorists including capital punishment , but atleast proofs must shared , anyways we dont expect much , if a military can hang their own prime minister then they can hang anyone in Kangroo court :)

No reason to believe this man was kidnapped by RAW...no such evidence exists!
Maybe he was simply trying to escape the "heaven" that is Pakistan just like scores of others have in the past!
Nepal must have simply been a jumping off point!

There is no doubt India was already informed from within Pakistan of the impending decision about Jadev sentencing and alerted them. This is no coincident.

As usual, like the dawnleak, the fingers are pointing towards PM house for this leak of national security which has resulted in compromising the life of ex serviceman.

At the end of day, it's establishment own fault for letting the dawnleak drag for as long as it has been and in process making the traitors within confident and bold.

Nepal is RAW's backyard, its like a place where it has achieved most of its targets. If one remembers Yakub Memon [accused of Bombay Blasts '93, executed recently] brother of Tiger Memon, was lured to Nepal with help of an operative, due to the commercial interests. All Memon family had been relocated to Karachi after the Blasts, Yakub Memon and his brother was set up in a trap in Nepal in order to get some sort of bargain from the authorities for their arrest and co-operation. RAW tool S. Hussain Zaidi who wrote film Phantom and novel Black Friday had called Nepal a free area for many RAW operatives. Ajmal Kasab and others were allege4dly also transported from Nepal, Pakistan at that time ignored these news, Nepalis the most exploited nation by India, the Nepalese women are trafficked as well as their skin is used by Indian corporate interests for skin transplants, penis enlargements and many other issues.

If Indian courts are not kangroo then why delay the departure of those who already have served the term.

The bargaining has a history even between US and Russia.

There are many cases you may like to read. even the most dreaded ones have been swapped.

India does not have him. If she did, believe me, Modi, Doval and the whole dhoti circus would be performing bhangra on the roof of Lal Qila. Embarrassing Pakistan is part of their hatred driven patriotism, they will not miss the opportunity to play the victim card, send high profile envoys all over the world shouting 'we told you so'; Teddy Poo, Rohrabacher and that EP guy on RAW payroll would be calling to declare Pakistan a terrorist state and new so-called invisible 'sir g kul' would have been carried out.

So let the media hype it up, just like it did after the Uri false flag operation en enjoy the show.

The decision to hold them was not of court but govt , here in India some decision are taken by judiciary some by executive :) , if they have served their terms they will be released for sure

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will execute an Indian who allegedly confessed to spying for Indian intelligence, the powerful military said Monday in a move that could raise tensions between the nuclear-armed neighbors.
The man, named by the army as Kulbushan Sudhir Jadhav who also goes by the alias Hussein Mubarak Patel, was arrested in the southwestern province of Balochistan last year.
He was found guilty at a court-martial which was closed to the public and sentenced to death.
“Today, (army chief) Gen. Qamer Javed Bajwa has confirmed his death sentence,” a military statement said, without stating when the execution would take place.
The statement said Jadhav had told the court he was tasked by India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) intelligence agency to “plan coordinate, and organize espionage/sabotage activities aiming to destabilize and wage war against Pakistan” by impeding law enforcement efforts in Balochistan and in the bustling port city of Karachi.
A security official told AFP the court-martial had been kept secret even within the ranks of the military.
Pakistani media were describing Jadhav as a RAW agent within days of his arrest in March 2016. At the time the military also released a video showing Jadhav confessing to working in Pakistan for years, though it was unclear if it had been filmed under duress.

'Baseless accusation'
India has denied as “baseless” the claims that Jadhav was a spy. There was no immediate reaction from New Delhi to Monday’s announcement.
The arch-rivals routinely accuse each other of sending spies into their countries and it is not uncommon for either to expel diplomats accused of espionage, particularly at times of high tension.
However, death sentences have rarely been passed in such cases in recent years.
In 2013 an Indian sentenced to death for spying in Pakistan was killed in jail after being attacked by fellow inmates. Sarabjit Singh had been on death row for 16 years.
In 1999 another Indian, Sheikh Shamim, was hanged in a Pakistani jail almost ten years after he was caught “red-handed” near the border and arrested on charges of spying.
Previous cases have largely gone through civilian courts.
Analyst Hassan Askari said the decision to execute Jadhav would “further increase tension between the two countries.”
“The military has given a severe punishment which is according to Pakistani law,” he told AFP.
“But we will have to see if Pakistan can sustain the political and diplomatic fallout.”
Relations have plummeted since a deadly attack on an Indian army base in the disputed region of Kashmir in September, which New Delhi blamed on Pakistan-based Islamist group Jaish-e-Mohammed.
There have since been repeated outbreaks of cross-border firing, with both sides reporting deaths and injuries.
Kashmir has been divided between India and Pakistan since the end of British colonial rule in 1947. Both claim the Himalayan territory in full.
The neighbors have fought three wars since independence from Britain seven decades ago, two of them over Kashmir.
Balochistan, Pakistan’s largest but least developed province, has been battling a years-long separatist insurgency which the army has repeatedly characterised as “terrorism” promoted by hostile states such as India.
Karachi, a city of 20 million and Pakistan’s economic hub, is also frequently hit by religious, political and ethnic violence.

Pakistan must take a firm stand and demand his return in 12 hours. After that send a special squad in Nepal and kidnap fucking indian ambassador
