Either way, damage is done to NS. Maryam, IMO, is finished.

Court may do the following:
1. Form commission to verify evidence and that commission fully controls NAB and FBR (heads fired)
2. Bar Maryam and other kids from holding any public office in future (until all clear given by the commission or ban them altogether)
3. Instruct ECP to take action against Ishaq Dar (removing him from public office) OR fire him directly as he's a convicted fella who can't hold office anyways after his plea bargain confessional statement
4. Reopen the mill case and instruct a high court or take it up in SC itself (that'll cover Shahbaz And his son)
5. Instruct ECP to investigate and initiate proceedings against NS for improper asset decs and a different statement in Parliament and in court (& then wait to hear the disqualification case if ECP does or doesn't take action, or if decision is appealed to SC)

Above all should be within the current law.

SC is going to give ECP strict timelines and ECP will have to comply, all evidence for disqualification was already submitted in this case and probed by judges - ECP only has to review and give verdict. Otherwise ECP will face the same blade that NAB and FBR are under right now.

Nawaz has three choices if he wants to avoid disqualification:

1. Resign and retire (& leave Pakistan to avoid future arrest)
2. Dissolve assembly
3. Declare Emergency

Which one he ops for, only Allah knows.

Why would he leave Pakistan at this time if he wasnt sure of the decision. I mean imagine for a second he gets disqualified, he is on a state visit, imagine the embarrassment that he would have to face that he is no longer a state guest but rather a disgraced PM who is disqualified. Even PIA will not bring him home than lol

I'm talking of disqualification in the future. If SC do the things I think they will do, disqualification will be inevitable.

NS lawyers always said that SC can't give verdict on 62-63. so SC will direct ECP to decide (within SC powers to do so) and once an appeal comes to SC (if ECP goes in favour of NS), then no one will have any issues with SC having the power to disqualify him.

Disqualification is inevitable. Unlikely to happen in this case, but in the appeal that'll follow if ECP doesn't.

NS can't avoid disqualification forever. He will have to be disqualified whether a commission is formed, a commissioner is appointed, or whatever. It may take time, but all the roads lead to his disqualification.

Judges keh chukay hain documents verified nahi hain tu kaisay decision day. Indications tu yea hi hain k commission banay ga aur us ko time dain gay itnay time main verify kero.
