Why not?

The engine passes flight tests and is preparing for serial production. It is expected that the aircraft will be 10-15 percent more economical than western competitors on fuel and maintenance costs. First flight in 2016 or 2017.

when you say 10-15% more efficient then western engine do you mean engines such as the cfm-56 or the pw1500g and the leap-1?
how many seats can you fit in a row?

yeah i was doing that just after i asked so i i wased a post there it's not as good as the leap-1 and the pw1500g but significantly better. also chances are it will be cheaper than the a320 neo' and the 737 max's but wont be as cheap as the c919. and updates and the superjet 130?.

As far as I know, the proportion of composite materials in the design of MS-21 - more than 40%, according to this indicator, it is ahead of modern Western planes of this class and wiil be more cost effective.
Regarding SSJ-130, I have not seen the news.
