With all due respect i don't beleive people sitting in developed world have any right to comment on any development taking place in Pakistan as they are totally disconnected from the ground situation and cannot claim that they know this country just because they read articles from WSJ and other western media houses.

I disagree, I think this still is relatively more important of a news compared to some threads that I'm not sure how make it a debatable topic here. With all the economic deals, it def. is important. And nothing wrong with paying a person proper respect he deserves for his and his country's contribution.


P.S. I always thought presidential planes were escorted also by their own county's planes. Would have been hell of a video to see both PLAAF and PAF side by side.
