Offensive signatures!!

I was just wondering why some people get to say things in their signatures, that would not be allowed in signatures of non-Pakistanis??
@Areesh's signature is down right offensive to Indians. I'd asked him to edit it on one of the threads last nite, but his confidence that no action 'll be taken against him left me flummoxed.
I dont understand the moderators reticence in editing it,when they can force him to do it or do it themselves by accessing his id.

And as you would see another member @Irfan Baloch has already posted on Areesh's profile about his offensive signature.
That was posted 2 years back.So now you know that this member,Areesh has been repeatedly violating rules.
This is not expected from an elite member unless they're elite trolls.
Forum etiquette dont allow such signatures I am sure. And its not just about Areesh but many like him on the forum. I had no other option other than creating a thread for this purpose as the system doesnt allow me to report a profile.
