India should keep its nose out of Gwadar issue: FO

images

ISLAMABAD - The Foreign Office (FO) has stated that Pakistan and China have not yet reached an agreement on Gwadar Port, and that India’s concerns in this regard are unwarranted. While replying to a question during the weekly briefing on Thursday, FO Spokesman Muazzam Khan dismissed Indian concerns regarding Pakistan’s decision to transfer the management of Gwadar Port to China, saying a procedure was being considered to hand over the deep sea port to China. He said it was a matter between Pakistan and China, and no other country needed to be involved in it.

To another query, he said that Pakistan had released 28 Taliban militants, and it was making sincere efforts to resolve the Afghan problem. He hoped that the Ulema Conference due to be held in Kabul on March 10 would lead to the resolution of all the problems between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The spokesman clarified that the FO had no connection with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Fazlur Rehman’s recent visit to Qatar, reportedly for a meeting with the Afghan Taliban. Fazlur Rehman travelled to Doha of his own accord, he said.

I think a very appropriate response to Indian war monegring & nosiness...

India is trying to act lik the West, but as usual fails!! First by Sri Lanka, then Nepal, then Maldives, then Bangladesh... All these countries turn their nose when India tries to act like big boss, and instead India's own nose gets twisted

I love how you find these articles @Aeronaut... keep them coming #patriot.

India is trying to indeed emulate the behavior of powers that are colonial in nature but failing in this regard because Pakistan refuses to back down as @Icewolf said

Oh come on why couldn't the foreign office be a little more well articulated & have said - FoOk Off !

 :hitwall:

so, next time when Pakistan raises question on Kashmir, shah rukh khan,Indian minority or expresses concern over our defense deals with Russia,or over nuclear deal with other countries, we'll give the same articulated response like --go FoOK yourself now.

Pakistan has a say on Kashmir, you can deny it all you want in your dreams if that makes you happy.

Shah-ruk Khan was a blunder by our politicians, forgive them for they have zero brains.

Engage in all the defense deals you have to, I don't see why Pakistan should be worried and same should be expected from your side.

Other than that with the port issue, yes, you already know what you and your country should go and do it self.

we have concern about Muslims in india
like India have concern about Hindus in Pakistan

and that's why we say 'go FoOk yourself now' coz no one gives a FoOk what Pakistan thinks, you can fart all day if you want to on Kashmir if that makes you happy.

Pakistan concerned over India-Russia defence agreement

Pakistan shows concerns at Russia-India $2.9 billion defence deal

even you know what you and your country should go and do itself ,but on the contrary i see these things

Why you so mad bro? calm down before you get a heart attack.

Listen.. You can scream all you want and I can reply, fact remains its not going to make a difference in reality. Countries always try to make comments on what the neighbor is doing, there really is no 'Mind your own business' thing.

I do see the point that arms race and defense build up can prove to be disastrous some day but when you have a kiddish attitude from India that cries and blames Pakistan on even if a bird drops a sh!t on them then you cant really talk to them about peace.

India should mind its own business! What does it think it is??

good to know that you are back to your senses, that was the whole point, Pakistani's have raised voice over India's foreign policy all along, and India has done the same thing, why cry over it now. However, if you are talking about arms race, then even India has raised legitimate concerns on gwadar port, the Chinese have already made their intentions clear implicitly, and we know Pakistan, your politicians will do anything to match up to India, they will even sell your country and themselves to others to challenge India's dominance, recent farting over cross bordering firing in Kashmir at meeting in OIC was evidence of it, and not unsurprisingly, the recent handing over of gwadar port also stands evidence for it. And please, don't talk about peace, we all know how committed Pakistanis are on peace.

But I have been in my senses since the start. Solution to Pak-India is that there is no solution, you can go to hell with your concerns and Pakistan do the same. However in reality, sense does not prevail.

Whole world kept expressing concerns over NK but didn't do anything except sanctions while their nuke yield was still less than 2k ton and now everyone is sh!tting their pants. Now that all hell broke lose India before any country starts pointing fingers. India does like barking a lot, sniffing its nasty guff all day it takes every frustration out on Pak like a mental patient.

Peace, your country doesn't know peace but pain only. Cry all you want, Gwadar goes to china where they can just operate the port or make plans against you it works either ways but that's my opinion, it wont necessarily reflect the one from FO.
