Both india and russia CANNOT manufacture the bricks so they buy them from China. We have the technology of making refractory bricks for our steel, nuclear plants why not the boilers.

India ask Russia to replace asbestos by refractory bricks, and Russian suddenly found they don't have these bricks in there warehous, then turn china for help. What a ridiculous and weird story!

No one is being a cry baby. The source of the carriers problem has been traced to Chinese made bricks. Whoever made the final decision to purchase bricks from China should have conducted a quality control check instead of believing the manufactures claim.
