Takes me down the memory lane...
Decades ago when Abbottabad was an almost empty valley..
PAF Mirages and A-5 Fantan used to make low passes right above our houses.....They used to come from south above sarban hills and dive into the valley and then just when we thought it will collide with the Wall shaped mountains north of Abbottabad they would turn east towards PMA Kakul and make another low pass over the Military Academy..
The Mirages used to have a very Prominent large tank hanging under its belly and i as a little boy always thought its the shoe of the plane on which the plane lands..
I could never figure out why the plane wears only one shoe and not two
