China's family planning

China has 1 child and India has 2 child policy but it seems both of them are not working.

If the chinese did not enforece this policy, a lot of regional countries would be crying because the Chinese owing to their numerical superiority would easily be able to capitalize on resources or even invade and occupy. The indians should worry about their own out of control population growth and scarcity of resources.

Correct, which is why I posted the comment re-quoted above.

Further, the problems of famine in Africa presently are not due to a high birth rate but a widespread failure of governance coupled by environmental hardships.

Depends on how you look, "with tougher economic conditions but better long-term demographic stability. You need to really understand what is" with tougher economic conditions. ", What this means for developing countries? Look at Egypt, you will know the answer , the so-called "term demographic stability", it is not possible.

Yes, you're right, Africa will certainly be much better than now, if can solve "a widespread failure of governance coupled by environmental hardships.", But all these are not from the air, this is a harsh conditions for nearly all developing country, when you have a malnutrition, lack of education, brain drain, lack of funds. how many developing countries really get rid of those, sir, most developing countries, not even close to it and that was the truth, if coupled with a loss of control population, because they can not achieve sufficient employment, social unrest began. to lose a stable environment, you will lose a continuous policy, so what is left in developing countries? Ok, you still have the resources to sell, if you have rich resources, the last, at least you will hear a good news, but it really need to congratulate?

Herein Saudi Arabia each family has 6-7 children and some families have 12 children even though a low population was the country'd main people in the past ee now have a hard time keeping up with infrastructure to support all these new peoples.

Hell I come from a family of5 anmy family is the smallest I know (all others are 7-10 children ) and in the future its going to come back and bite us in the a$$ 65% of the population under 18 now that is a demographic bomb.
