Tonight at 10pm IST, the first episode of National Geographic's 'Mission Army' will air. The show will see five ordinary citizens going through the toughest challenges of the Indian army.
From the Nat geo website:
Experience the discipline, drill and military bearing at IMA in Dehradun; get a taste of Commando Training with the dreaded Ledo jump at the Infantry School in Belgaum; check out the counter insurgency operations at the Corps Battle School in Khreu; get a feel of target practice at the Artillery School in Deollali; get an inside look at the flying squadrons in the Combat Aviation Training School, Nashik; train in mine laying and clearance at Signal School, Mhow and dive head long with the Para Jumpers in Agra!

This follows Nat geo's two previous shows 'Mission Navy' And 'Mission uddan'. The show promises to be a treat. Don't miss it!

I had no idea National Geographic was producing such international shows, being an American entity.

I have always loved Nat Geo programming, it is usually very high quality stuff. I wish they'd broadcast these shows in the U.S.

Dumb question - it's not in English, right? I assume it was created by an Indian subdivision (or whatever) of National Geographic?

Little offtopic, but their wallpapers from mission navy were awesome !

Sir -- I am from Tamil Nadu (a state in India) and I see Nat Geo in Tamil and my friend (he is from Andhra) sees it in Telugu.

Depending on viewership NatGeo also gives regional channels in addition to Hindi and ofcourse English.

India for you :D

Will anyone be uploading this to Youtube?
