One of my uncles was sent from Kuwait to work in Ankara for a Kuwaiti Investment company (construction management/cost control) for four years in the 90s. He said it was like Europe, without the racism in the Gulf or in today's Europe. By joining NATO, Turkey did not have to worry about hostile Arabs, Greece, Armenia, Europe, Iran, and Russia. It suited their and American interest. It is on Arabs for losing Jerusalem and Palestine. Arabs destroyed the Khilafat and Turkey owes nothing to Arabs after what they did. Neither does the non Arab Muslim world. Arabs themselves call on the international community for Palestine.
