In recent months many of Hasan's predictions and analysis have come true!

Although many may not like his views and opinions in PDF but if one scrolls down his tweets one finds many correct analysis. Maybe he has some very firm connections with the PindiBoyz!

A testimony what happens to Bajwa boot kisser. Hope IK gets his senses back. His law panel should have be more aggressive and move one step ahead of the game.

So basically everyone admits that the cases will not be decided on legal merit but on personal wishes of His Excellency General Syed Asim Munir Shah NI(M), the first of his name, may he rule over us for eternity?

And a testimony as to what happens to Bajwa and all the other COAS's that have passed in our history.

Does this letter mean he has to be in jail and can't be released on bail? After all, he is only a suspect not a convict.
In the Toshakhana case, the High Court only suspended his sentence, not his conviction.

How is he being treated differently from how Sharifs, Bhutto -Zardaris and many others were treated( except that the CJP is going out of his way to oblige him)?

What was the case against Nawaz?

And what's the case against IK?

Was NS given the short end of the stick by the estab? Yes.

Was Nawaz clean in the cases against him, heck no.

That's the difference.

Also just so you know, Nawaz is currently a convicted prisoner but in London, should tell you all you need to know.

Also, how is CJP going out of his way? Please tell.

There were several cases against Sharifs, Bhutto-Zardaris and Imran. In Toshakhana, Imran ignored several summons and the judge finally delivered judgement based on available evidence. While ex-parte judgements are not preferable, they are a common practice all over the world if one party does not appear after several opportunities.

As for the CJP going out of his way, it is obvious. There are tens of thousands prisoners in Pakistan. In how many cases has CJP asked for a report on conditions in prison ? There are hundreds of thousands of cases of gross injustices . In how many cases has Supreme Court taken suo moto cognisance ? Forget about others. Has the CJP shown similar concern even for other PTI leaders who are rotting in jail without any cases against them ?

Please tell me, what exactly was IK sentenced for.

Don't give me fluff.

Cases of political leaders are always heard as such.

For how many prisoners has the court asked for a guarantee of life from the government? For how many prisoners has the court allowed them to go abroad on a 50 rs stamp paper? For how many prisoners has the court acquitted the accused in spite of mountains of documentary evidence?
