most people need to understand that things changed after 26/11 , there was a shift in policymakers in delhi . they do not want to move forward as thay fell its usless to engage pakistan with talks . india keeps growing and they are happy wih pakistan going no where , we realised that after the attacks most nations abroad also dont pressure us saying we need to talk to pakistan . pakistan really destroyed its global image by allowing the attacks from its terriotry .

First of all give us ppl behind Samjota express which BURNED ALIVE 70 PAKISTANIES IN INDIA. They were ur guest IN INDIA thats how u treat ur guests ?

Samjota express happend LONG before mumbai attacks first capture ppl behind those attacks and give them to Pakistan before we can talk. I guess thats what India want delay tactic which has been going on for 60+ years to keep occupation on Kashmir

of 26/11 to justice including there handlers(zaki ur rehman lakhvi) who is freely moving in pakistan and then dismantle all terrorist camps currently operating there and stop pakistan state terrorism in India..Then think about talks on any issue.....

well, my question was about the talks, what is this talks about exactly? what do they tell each other? their postions are obvious.

To put it simply...there are no grounds to talk...
there can be no significant negotiations by any civilian democratically elected govt...as the will of the people prevents any settlement on Kashmir....
There are too many players that benefit from the mutual animosity between the two countries...there is China...Israel...America...and all the weapons manufacturers of the world...
I see no solution to the enmity...
