JKLF is one I can think of. But the way the public sentiment is at the moment in the valley is more pro-Pakistan than independence.
 
For a land locked place, actual independent is the last thing attainable.
It could have been possible if J&K had been left alone by Pak irregulars in 1947, but not possible now after all this history.

Bhutan is a protectorate of India, where its security is India's responsibility. So you may say it is like a vassal state. However, Nepal is truly independent.
