in addition to sh*t quality, the video is suffering form lag issue. and no parade sounds can be heard of saluting and marching etc. sh*t quality, sh*t production and editing, sh*t ptv. why doesnt the military do something about this? this has been the norm for past several years, it is humiliating frankly.

Video production should be contracted out to whoever did PSL.
