He also disclosed that although during his visit last year to Beijing, the speaker of parliament delivered a letter from Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to Chinese President Xi Jinping, China has not bought a drop of Iranian oil in the past month.

Although Russia and China have often attacked Washington's policy of sanctions and pressures against Iran, but they have taken no significant steps to help Tehran out of its economic misery.

Read this genius, Chinese companies bought a lot in April hence in May, the volume decreased. Even then, we bought 200'000 bpd in May, sanctions ended on 1st May, India bought ZERO.

Any oil delivered or sold in May are considered illegal. Understand genius? Vulnerable companies already bought 800bpd in April, those remaining 200bpd were bought by entities who has no US business. One tanker can only carry 2 mil barrels of oil btw.

Any oil delivered or sold in May are considered illegal. Understand genius? Vulnerable companies already bought 800bpd in April, those remaining 200bpd were bought by entities who has no US business. As for India:

Nope.
US defines sanctioned activity if either the payment or the loading was done after April.
As long as the ship was loaded in April and most payments for oil were done in April (excl some tanker charges), it won't be sanctioned.
