What's new

Turkish TB-2 UCAV is 93% indigenous

you see even if in your photo it only can carry one and nothing else. now campare that with 500kg , surveiliance equipment plus 7 bomb or 13 bomb of Shahed-129 and use internal bay for that
500kg with survallance correct? So this drone carries 50kg bombs. Are they guided?
İranians call KOVSAR-II as a 4,5 gen Fighter which is copy of outdated F-5
its level of İran
View attachment 861331
Iam intrested in where is that claim of this being a 4.5 generation fighter

İran can not certificate its copy weapons-engines , because of low quality and performance to compare with high quality western standard

İranians says we developed weapons - engines , in reality they are nothing to compare with high quality western standard

And İranian stealth QAHER-333 .. what a joke

Serial production will start in 2024

Do you know what about the rigid certification process. ?
dont compare İran's low quality copy defense industry with Turkish defense industry

Stop Lying MMM-E, the AT trainer you posted as Kowsar is called "YASIN".

This is KOWSAR-I. It is the most advanced built F-5E/F indigenous derivative ever and probably electronically the most advanced fighter for its empty weight category in the world. Kowsar-II is not unvieled yet. If we want we can make 500 of these or its advanced versions at home.

nobody claimed 4.5 generations. MMM-E's sock is lying here. We Iranian aviation fans assume that since we are not making 4.0 generation combat avionics, radars at home now with a homegrown LR-BVR. We may see a 4+ or 4.5 Generation Light fighter by 2026-2027.

Dont show copy versions of outdated technologies without any international sertificate

and KOVSAR-II is copy of outdated F-5 . stop calling outdated KOVSAR as 4,5 gen Fighter

Any video about how to work so-called JAHESH-700 Engine ?
or just a propaganda as like QAHER-333 stealth Fighter Jet

İran can not develop high quality weapons and engines which are similar to Western Countries
on the other hand Turkish weapons-engines have high quality western standard

Well, MMM-E's sock. The thing is single crystal turbofans are not outdated technology. They are the most advanced metallurgical accomplishment in the field of jet engines which only a few countries in the world have accomplished and Iran is one of them they like it or not.

Iran has been producing these single crystal turbofan engines JAHESH-700 for 3-4 years now.

Full copy of old technologies and you called it 4,5 gen Fighter

Even Our HURJET has the latest technology cockpit to compare with İranian KOWSAR

İts real new generation gas turbine engine
that is supposed to be produced in 2024 , right now in experimental field , underperforming and...
you think in field of jet engine deadlines can be reached so easily . china had 10 years of delay on WS-10 untill they managed to master all aspect of it and made something they feel confident to use for their aircrafts.
now if you believe you can meet the deadline . we see you.

by the way you yet to produce even that copy
by the way Jahesh-700 and Tolue-14 are already in our drones
Full copy of old technologies and you called it 4,5 gen Fighter

level of turkey fictional aircraft that only is a mockup with big LCD
Level of Iran a working aircraft , delivered and work in air-force with 3 smaller LCD
wonder which had more bling and which have more advanced tech. it would be eye opening if we send kowsar against that mock up and see which one survive.

i don't make it , go and see with which engine they are building their helicopter , you see its LHTEC CTS800-4A
they built 2-4 of that TEi-1400 engine and stopped .

and weight is not all , shahed - 149 can carry weapons inside its body , Akinci can't.
Shahed-149 carry Ya-Ali cruise missile with 700km of range if fired from ground and far more if fired from altitude. Akinci boast on being able to throw a heaavier iron bomb
the farthest reach weapon it can carry ias a suicide drone with the claimed range of 300km .
also Shahed-149 can release our Swarm kamikaze package which is 10 ai controlled network based suicide drone with range of 400km , Akinci cant
akinci is faster by 100km and carry heavier weight , to be exact it carry 1350 kg not 1600kg
by the way the drone is around 1.5t lighter
Akıncı currently carries max 1600kg that will soon be improved to 2000kg.

that is supposed to be produced in 2024 , right now in experimental field , underperforming and.

TS-1400 Engine is 1.660 shp We have developed more powerful engine than the LTECH800 engine. The tests and integration of TS-1400 engine are continuing for human life

Even Our PD-170 turbodiesel aviation Engine can go up to 20.000 feet without cutting gas. the best in the world in its own class .. ANKA UCAV's foreign engine is around 10.000 feet. We doubled it. and now ANKA - AKSUNGUR UCAVs use indigenous TEI PD-170 Engine

Dont compare low quality copy İranian defense industry with top level Turkish defense industry

İranian copy weapons have no any certificate for high qualiity and İran doesnt cell its copy weapons to any country

on the other hand top level Turkish weapons have high quality sertificate for export to many countries

therefore the tests and integration progress takes years

We are developing western standard high quality weapons to match with American , European , Russian , İndian , Chinese weapons for export to many countries in the world

for example İndian Tejas MK1A is competing with Turkish HÜRJET in Malaysia's LIFT/LCA tender. And Malaysia will be partner for HURJET project . because India authorizes Malaysia only for warehouse level maintenance. However, Malaysia wants the 18 light attack aircrafts to be produced with at least 30% Malaysian made parts.

Also Malaysia buys YAVUZ 155mm Howitzers from Turkiye
Malaysian Prime Minister İsmail Sabri Yakub's visit to Turkiye a week ago

Now HURJET is under construction which will make its maiden flight on March 18 2023

Technicial Specs
  • Wingspan 9.5 m
  • Length 13.6m
  • Height 5.1m
  • Wing Area 35 m2
  • Max Speed 1.4 Mach
  • Service Ceiling 45,000 ft
  • G Limit +8 G/-3 G
  • Range 2222 km
  • Weapon Capacity 2721 kg

AESA Radar
Advanced mission computer in its modern cockpit
Air and ground communication capabilities
Air-to-air refuelling capability
Fly-by-wire with parameter limiting
Built in auxiliary power unit
Night vision goggle-compatible cockpit
Head-up display
Integrated helmet display system
Locally produced air-to-air missiles and air-to-ground missiles/bombs

what is the defence export target for 2030?

what is the defence export target for 2030?

Around $25bn - probably unrealistic. Defence exports for 2021 were just above $4bn. However, defence exports from Turkey could grow exponentially as more high-end platforms becomes available for export this decade e.g. Akinci (2023), MIUS (ca. 2026), Hürjet (ca. 2025), T-625 (2023), Aksungur (2023), submarines, frigates, Altay (ca. 2025) etc.
