What's new

Responsibility was mine, actual rule was someone else’s: Imran on his time as prime minister

You do know that Sharif was voted in by CP cause of projects - you can argue if these projects were good or not

But people thaught they were good thus voted for them- the idea that people are "ghulam" to PMLn is , PMLn was genuinely popular cause people considered/consider them competent and able rulers

CP only changed because of no confidence motion and Imran invoking US thus bringing honor/Pakistani nationalism into play

It wasn't because of anything else, buzdar is pretty much the most disliked CM of recent times

If you ran election based solely on that- your chances were low
Taking loans and loans make road is not progress or competence.

2nd Sharif family took NRO its not hidden yet people voted because leader of punjab so punjabi voted. If people voted base on progress then musharaf did more what nawaz had done.

Why nawaz didt get vote from karachi?

Its never about competence or progress.

like I said you can argue on if it was good or not ( I believe it was not) but to call it ghulami is lols

Musharaf isnt on the ballots and the guy literally ignited a civil war in Baluchistan and Waziristan- so lets not get carried away with yet another dictator
Why nawaz didt get vote from karachi?
for obvious reasons

it is about that lol- people saw projects and they voted

they should have been smart enough to realize the true costs of these projects, which they didn't - you can call em ignorant for not knowing better

Its more of being punjabi, sindhi leader than progress or projects.

jag punjabi jag slogan

The problem is there is no collective civilization pursuit. Its just individuals trying to safeguard their income and doing whatever necessary to maintain the money flow. Small thinkers.
Fact. This is why you need a visionary who can create a collective national goal and inspire hope.

Very very wrong.

1. We'd become a playground for the proxy wars of world powers.

2. As soon as the writ of the state was lost we'd be denuclearised.

3. The Indians would most definitely invade and take Kashmir.

4. After all the decades of chaos and bloodlust we'd be at the mercy of warlords.

Looked how well it worked in Syria and Libya.

Pakistan is ruled by what the people are like.
Pakistanis needs to develop as a nation, the people need to improve their political awareness, education, once the state sees that the people will not tolerate dirty politics and corruption, they will slowly change their minds. At the moment people know their leaders are corrupt but still vote for them for personal benefits, the poor and working class have no power, most people who become powerful or rich become part of the same corrupt people, otherwise revolution would take place in People party and PmlN, their own supporters would demand action against corruption and seek development and education.

To the morons who’ve sold their conscience for petty sum of money.

Bajwa was still the COAS when PMLN were ruling the government, but the economic indicators kept tanking. When PTI came to power, the economic indicators gradually improved.

The interests of the beneficiaries of MemoGate, DawnLeaks, PanamaGate, Money Laundering Gate, LetterGate converged and we have a regime change.

The corrupts who were at each other’s throat are now on one side. IK was right. Their main focus was to give themselves an NRO, and that they’ve given themselves one.

The by elections have clearly given a signal on whose side the public is on.

So, continue peddling the narrative of the corrupts. Remember, if not in this life, in the afterlife, justice will be done.
if they had a belief in afterlife, they would do this ?

Kinda already are lmao

Gonna happen

Pakistan sold out Kashmir in 2003/2004

Already are. Just not warlords but feudals and generals

Iraq has higher HDI than Pakistan

I have been in my family's business that deals with real estate, financial markets, insurance industry both inside and outside the US, mainly in Pakistan, for the last decade and a half, and to date, Imran Khan's was the best by far. So now you might think, what did he do differently? First, he created trust, and with him, people had no fear, unlike with Mr. 10% and the Nawaz family; we all know the Punjab Bank fiasco and how investors got back nothing but pennies and fled. What Bajwa did showed new money handlers that the establishment can change things in the blink of an eye; this uncertainty doesn't allow a business environment to flourish among the newer generation of business people.

One other factor you have to take into consideration is the old money handlers. Our parents and uncles are dying; they've been burnt in this country and have no desire to invest. The new money the current generation that's taking over has seen the effects of Pakistan's mismanagement and corruption and does not want anything to do with this country and wouldn't even think of putting anything down to invest for the long term. You'll still see doctors fresh off the boat building houses in posh areas in Islamabad and Pindi, but that's about it; it's not enough to drive growth and innovation in this country. I mean, even Pakistan's Aviation City is being drained of talent because of incompetence; several executives and manufacturers of drones are moving to the State of Indiana due to the state of affairs in that country.

While there will be idiots to praise the situation and talk about the glorious economic progress Shahbaz and Bilawal are making, the actual money handlers will not be impressed. It'll be putting lipstick on a pig, and it will remain a pig. So let them play the Scottish bagpipe and sing praise without a crowd to cheer them on.

I heard similar stuff from family who do business and friends whose families do business.

Perfect said 💯🙁

If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.

There is a big difference between NRO2 and Civil war. There is a world of difference between AJK (my home) and IOK.

Feudals and Generals are not the same savages that illiterate religious extremist warlords are.

A sociologist should do a case study on PTI’s popularity.

Punjabi youth, Punjabi working class, Punjabi women, along with Pashtun youth, Pashtun working class, and Pashtun women are all with Imran Khan.

What is it about these 2 groups and their subgroups that love Imran Khan so much 🤔

Both deny education and development on purpose.

PPP runs Sindh just how warlords in Africa and Afg used to run those places. Pakistan has AIDS crisis in those places because of PPP.

then you should have resigned? whats the point of complaining now?
He has acknowledged, it was a mistake to form government with the help of allies (who were under control of army).
But he is fighting back and did not escape country with tail in his legs.
Handlers have resorted to all kinds of fascist acts and openly violating army rules and he is there and facing full force of the state.

they seem too nice for that
Now ace cyber sleuths of RAW like Nathu Raaj are exalting the virtues of Pakistan army since it has exposed itself fully as nothing but a colonial sepoy army. Otherwise not too long ago these same bhartis were warning the whole world about Pak Army as the second coming of Nazi SS.

Fighting back? There is nothing that he has done, or will be doing, that will change anything substantially. What a pity, but entirely to be expected.

I have no idea what is being said here

Traitors are ruling this country and we deserve it.
Because we accept every bachha saqqa and Cromwell??
People do come out but I think Pakistanis don't have the endurance of the Irani nation of 1979.
One has to fight long and hard and Pakistanis don't have the endurance.
