Please! pls!! help me understand age limit for this FC recruitment ad!

I'm 23 (23.1) and they say age limit for non local is 23 (they didn't mention any upper age limit) ..
Am I eligible to apply?

its for ladies are you female ?

at the time 4 April 2020 you should not more then 23 years old + 1 year is extra like 4 april 2020 you must be under 24 years old if your education is BA or above . its very simple . please shear your date of birth + education so we can know are you eligible or not
