I am comparing life expectancy growth rate during Jordanians and during Israelis. During Jordanians life expectancy almost not grew, during Israelis it started to grow rapidly.

As u can see Jordan's rule was the worst period, Israel's rule - the best.

How could a reasonable person compare between life expectancy in 70s and in 80s,90s, 2000s in which the health sect is far... far more advanced than in 70s decade. If you coudn't figure out that life expetency improves by time due to Medical advances, then I have nothing to say.
