No group or force will be allowed to politically, economically destabilise Pakistan: COAS

At best, he is a good administrator, but he lacks the vision needed to pull Pakistan out of its crisis. To be honest, no one among our political leadership is capable of doing what needs to be done. The country is plagued with a severe intellectual deficiency. Expect this and future governments to remain restricted to the plugging of holes in the sinking ship that is Pakistan.
Someone who can be a good administrator and can reliably plug holes is a good captain at this stage. Long term sustainable development of a country can only be possible if the human resource can be up-skilled to innovate for the needs of tomorrow. This is a task for entire population and not just one or two political leaders who are in a rat race to get re-elected every 5 years :coffee:

Not untrue, but this debate is now in the chicken and egg territory. We need policy and legislation for the development of human resources, which requires political leadership willing to look beyond hole-plugging. Shehbaz did offered a charter of economy, and the opposition has refused for political expediency. Shehbaz should have taken the particulars of the charter to the public. He has failed to do so, which makes me doubt his seriousness.

The charter of economy is indeed a visionary move by PM Shehbaz. The opposition is only focused on destabilizing the political landscape to grab power at any cost. The public seem to have fallen for the twitter army propaganda and therefore I don't think 'taking it to public' will matter. For now, even supporters of the PM only want for inflation to go down as soon as possible. That is, to plug the holes. :undecided:

"The Message is clear ⚠️☢️
The armed Forces with the support of our citizens will never allow any Country, Group or Force to politically or economically destabilize Pakistan 🇵🇰". COAS GEN QAMAR JAVED BAJWA

Good to see PMLN is owning this speech in their favor and against PTI. COAS shouldn't show his weakness openly. He should try to focus his speech on military professionalism and talk about changing dynamics on the border, especially talk about Kashmir, unrest in FATA, and Baluchistan.
Politics is not his domain. Everyone knows who brought the PDM into power and how the nation is suffering now. Uncalled subject touched.

No, it matters. Sooner or later, the opposition will realise that they require consensus for important legislation. If Shehbaz takes the charter to the public now, a framework for consensus would be readily available for debate and negotiations when its need is felt.

It may not be a bad idea to proffer it now, aggressively, in a concrete form, while the opposition is looking to bargain for an election. If an agreement is reached, Shebaz wins regardless of the election's outcome. We are likely to see a hung parliament, so the charter can accommodate the sharing of credit for different programs.

did you not see the speech he made in Islamabad with the Russian delegation actually present? Where have you been hiding? Here is a link from your master's mouthpiece u patwari.
First of all always do your homework properly before following the weatern media that cherry pick to highlight what they like or exaggerate it .. have you listened to his whole speech at islamabad security dialogue or just in bits and pieces?

He actually said Russia's security concerns are legitimate..yes he said that.. and Pakistan is not into camp politics..a big disappointment for west. Why do u think a neutral vote from Pakistan happened at UN?
In same speech bajwa told the west that if you don't sell us what we need we will get it from whereever we can.

Technically its an invasion and Russia itself says what they did is an invasion..
Not just Bajwa even Khan said the war was unfortunate...
Bajwa said he doesnt condone the Russian action. No one from Pakistan condoned the war.Nor we should.Condemning is not the same thing as "not condoning"..learn the fine differnce how it is used diplomatically..

Go listen to his speech and come back comment again.

what a farce this gernail turned out to be. just like its namesake doctrine to f over Pakistan.

Of course not! The military top command will become accomplices to foreign power wanting a regime change. We dont need a group or force. We have it already in our country and thats the greedy military leadership we have. They are enough to keep Pakistan politically instable and economically fragile.

The military and its mouthpiece will keep telling us every month they have nothing to do with politics but we all know facts now.

coas is wadera,PA is his private army, people are his harri and Pakistan is his kingdom!

soldiers who work for this wadera get their monthly salary and for loyally serving him they get a plot and if they die for him (not Pakistan) thier family get awarded thats how waderas keep getting dumb soldiers to die for them!

how is PA and wadera army any different?

Great analogy.

This wadera dismissed several officers in the past month. He also arm twisted retired army officers by cutting off their pensions. All because these people raised voice against regime change. The pension is coming from people of Pakistan. Its not even army's or its chief's money. How dare he stopped pensions?

Even if Imran comes back with 2/3rd majority or more, unless COAS is reined in and cut to its size, Pakistan will remain instable.

Kisi ko Pakistan lootne ki ijazat nai den gay, Kyun ke Pakistan ko sirf hum Looten gay (Pakistan Army)... Suck it buttercup

"The armed Forces with the support of our citizens"

Interesting. Nothing seems to be working for citizens but everyone wants their support.

How hard was it to let PTI led government complete their tenure? Was it worth all what ensued?

Same old rhetoric, same old shitty faces, same old experiments. Who are the losers in all this? Citizens

What will it take for all this corrupt to core incompetence and stupidity to stop in Pakistan?
