JMSDF wipes out PLAN's East and North Fleets in the Diaoyudai battle

Interesting, so the only way China can supposedly avoid fatal damage to its fleets is to shoot off its missiles first in a sort of aggressive unprovoked sucker-punch and hope the Japanese aren't prepared. Of course this leaves it completely unprepared for the US.

This will surely leave China has a respectable member of the global community.
Once hostilities break out, it would be like the saying: "all's fair in love and war"

US ain't doing jack, it got waxed in the Korean War and it will be worse skull f**king than it got in the Korean War.
US is all hype, just bombing worthless 3rd world countries to make it look tough.
Everytime it has messed with either Russia or china, the yanks have been utterly humiliated.

Chinese know that clearly, so they are using a "civil" tactic instead of "military" tactic.

Chinese surveillance ships sail near Senkaku Islands for 13th day
NAHA, Japan, Nov. 1, Kyodo

Chinese surveillance ships sailed in an area just outside Japan's territorial waters around the Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea on Thursday for the 13th straight day, the Japan Coast Guard said.

The four maritime surveillance vessels were seen sailing in the contiguous zone around the Japanese-controlled, Chinese-claimed islands in the morning, despite repeated warnings from the coast guard, it said.

Japan and China have been locked in a bitter spat over the sovereignty of the Senkakus, especially since the Cabinet of Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda's decision on Sept. 11 to nationalize part of them.

Two of the four ships told Japanese patrol boats to leave the waters, relaying the message via radio and electronic displays.

The two ships claimed the waters are administered by China and that they are engaging in legitimate activities, according to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters in Naha, Okinawa Prefecture.

A Chinese fisheries surveillance ship that had been sailing inside the contiguous zone since Monday departed around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, the coast guard said.

There are Japanese and Chinese articles of this story, I link the Chinese version for the benefit of our Chinese members.

If the JMSDF and the PLAN's two fleets(The North Fleet and The East Fleet) were to engage in battle for the control of the Dioyudai, JMSDF would lose or suffer damages on 6 destroyers, while the PLAN's fleets would be wiped out and no longer be capable of combat according to Japanese Defense Ministry's simulations. No American help needed.

The Chinese Defense Ministry balked at this result, claiming that the Japanese didn't account for the preemptive Chinese ballistic missile strikes on Japanese targets and that would change the outcome of the battle.

Will China the one who starts a war?
Bye bye Korean...hope to see you soon again.

Still see South Korea still exist. And if you want to compare to China's and Russia's conduct in dealing with 3rd countries I doubt it can handle themselves as well eh? China attempts to invade Vietnam. Russia aka Soviet Union invading Afghanistan.

Yes.

America gets paid 50% of the cost of troop deployment in Japan and Korea, so they are kind of a mercenary.

This is why Korean Joint Chief of Staff gets to command the US troops in wartime from 2015 and onward. Japan too would like to command US troops, but they do not yet have this offensive war command capability due to their constitution.

Korean beat me to it. There are many sources citing this.
Not only are they paying them for their stay. They are sacrificing the Okinawans and allowing their voices to fall on death ears.

Surprising to say the least

In the Middle East, it is the Americans who pay the rent/lease of land and facilities.

As for the topic, JSMDF is one force not to be underestimated.

Looks like Korean has been banned(FOR WHAT :hitwall:), while Sinochallenger rampages on.

mods... (sigh) for the millionth time: please be more neutral. At least TRY

What a pity.
The news which he introduced in his threads that is quite interesting. It is the objective informations on medias, whether we bring it to discuss at here or not.
Same as NYT, someones were trying to block it when they dont want to hear the truth

Once hostilities break out, it would be like the saying: "all's fair in love and war"

Doesn't work that way anymore though :(. Well unless you win decisively.

This time, China would need to hand over Shanghai to Japan as its trophy. :D
