Iran's military chief: Death to Israel!

Sort of like when McCain sang "Bomb, bomb Iran"?
First of al its irrelevant, McCain is American not Israeli.
Second of all "bomb" and annihilation of a state are very different things. Iranian proxies are regulary bombing Israel.
Thirdly McCain is not even in power.

Or when Hillary Clinton said America would "obliterate" Iran?
Link?

I would like to hear from the Iranian members, if the Farsi translation in this case was twisted like it was last time.
Its on official Iranian Fars news:

Fars News Agency :: Top Commander Reiterates Iran's Commitment to Full Annihilation of Israel

blah blah blah
"They" were several Iranian students not "top Iranian leaders". And Iranian officials themselves condemned the action.
Spare me of that nonsense. U know well that without high rank approval students would never attack foreign embassy.

What kind of logic is that?

Iran has the biggest population of Jews in the middle east (outside of Israel).

If Iran really had a problem with Jews, then it would be ten thousand times easier to just attack the Jews inside Iran itself, instead of trying to attack the well-defended state of Israel. But they don't.

You do not see the logic? I'll help.

Their supreme leader delivered a fatwa after the revolution. He said "There is a difference between Zionism and Judaism, do not touch the Jews of Iran". Of course many Jews fled, and some that tried fleeing were executed.

The Jews in Iran are alive today, because the Supreme leaders deemed it fatal to kill them all, because it would lead to a massive retaliation from Israel, so they are kept hostage there "Just in case".

Another reason is that he wanted to show that Jews could live under Islamic Sharia Law as a "protected minority", to justify the annihilation of the Jewish nation because they could live "fine under Muslim rule".

Oh Stop.

Jews are treated better in Iran than anywhere else. I can say this with 100% certainty.

Why is it that Israeli leaders can say outrageous silly things and no western press knocks them, Usual double standards from Israel and the west

"We must expel Arabs and take their places."
-- David Ben Gurion, 1937, Ben Gurion and the Palestine Arabs, Oxford University Press, 1985.

"There has been Anti-Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault? They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?"
-- Quoted by Nahum Goldmann in Le Paraddoxe Juif (The Jewish Paradox), pp. 121-122.

"Jewish villages were built in the place of Arab villages. You do not even know the names of these Arab villages, and I do not blame you because geography books no longer exist. Not only do the books not exist, the Arab villages are not there either. Nahlal arose in the place of Mahlul; Kibbutz Gvat in the place of Jibta; Kibbutz Sarid in the place of Huneifis; and Kefar Yehushua in the place of Tal al-Shuman. There is not a single place built in this country that did not have a former Arab population."

-- Moshe Dayan, April 1969, Ha'aretz; quoted in Edward Said, 'Zionism from the Standpoint of Its Victims', Social Text, Volume 1, 1979, 7-58.

"Let us not ignore the truth among ourselves ... politically we are the aggressors and they defend themselves... The country is theirs, because they inhabit it, whereas we want to come here and settle down, and in their view we want to take away from them their country."
-- David Ben Gurion, quoted on pp 91-2 of Chomsky's Fateful Triangle, which appears in Simha Flapan's "Zionism and the Palestinians pp 141-2 citing a 1938 speech.

"If I knew that it was possible to save all the children of Germany by transporting them to England, and only half by transferring them to the Land of Israel, I would choose the latter, for before us lies not only the numbers of these children but the historical reckoning of the people of Israel."
-- David Ben-Gurion (Quoted on pp 855-56 in Shabtai Teveth's Ben-Gurion in a slightly different translation).

-- Golda Meir, statement to The Sunday Times, 15 June, 1969.

"How can we return the occupied territories? There is nobody to return them to."
-- Golda Meir, March 8, 1969.

"Any one who speaks in favor of bringing the Arab refugees back must also say how he expects to take the responsibility for it, if he is interested in the state of Israel. It is better that things are stated clearly and plainly: We shall not let this happen."
-- Golda Meir, 1961, in a speech to the Knesset, reported in Ner, October 1961

"This country exists as the fulfillment of a promise made by God Himself. It would be ridiculous to ask it to account for its legitimacy."
-- Golda Meir, Le Monde, 15 October 1971

Golda Meir
Prime Minister of Israel
1969 - 1974

"We walked outside, Ben-Gurion accompanying us. Allon repeated his question, What is to be done with the Palestinian population?' Ben-Gurion waved his hand in a gesture which said 'Drive them out!"
-- Yitzhak Rabin, leaked censored version of Rabin memoirs, published in the New York Times, 23 October 1979.

"[Israel will] create in the course of the next 10 or 20 years conditions which would attract natural and voluntary migration of the refugees from the Gaza Strip and the west Bank to Jordan. To achieve this we have to come to agreement with King Hussein and not with Yasser Arafat."
-- Yitzhak Rabin (a "Prince of Peace" by Clinton's standards), explaining his method of ethnically cleansing the occupied land without stirring a world outcry. (Quoted in David Shipler in the New York Times, 04/04/1983 citing Meir Cohen's remarks to the Knesset's foreign affairs and defense committee on March 16.)

"[The Palestinians] are beasts walking on two legs."

-- Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, speech to the Knesset, quoted in Amnon Kapeliouk, "Begin and the 'Beasts,"' New Statesman, June 25, 1982.

"The Partition of Palestine is illegal. It will never be recognized .... Jerusalem was and will for ever be our capital. Eretz Israel will be restored to the people of Israel. All of it. And for Ever."

-- Former Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir declares at a Tel Aviv memorial service for former Likud leaders, November 1990. Jerusalem Domestic Radio Service.

"The settlement of the Land of Israel is the essence of Zionism. Without settlement, we will not fulfill Zionism. It's that simple."
-- Yitzhak Shamir, Maariv, 02/21/1997.

"(The Palestinians) would be crushed like grasshoppers ... heads smashed against the boulders and walls."
-- Isreali Prime Minister (at the time) Yitzhak Shamir in a speech to Jewish settlers New York Times April 1, 1988

"If we thought that instead of 200 Palestinian fatalities, 2,000 dead would put an end to the fighting at a stroke, we would use much more force...."

"full annihilation of Israel", not before 200 nuks will make iran looking like mars

What if just one falls on Tel Aviv ? :azn: Where would you be ? Andromeda ?

Inflammatory meaningless statements seem to be a new national hobby for the Iranian leadership.

Guess what , Arab puppets cant even make threats to Israel ! What do we expect from people who rent US soldiers to defend themselves ? :what:

Why do not you complain when your masters at Knesset make similar statements ? :azn:

Why is this regime obsessed with Israel? If they concentrate on their internal development than the rest of the world will leave you guys alone. Sometimes I wonder when they talk about wiping out Israel they might mean other enemy of theirs in the region which have advocated cutting off the head of Snake(Iran).

Reza Kahlili an ex CIA operative is a Man on a Mission to bring down the Islamic Rgime in IRAN.REZA KAHLILI is the pseudonym of a former Iranian Revolutionary Guard member who worked undercover as a CIA agent for several years in the ‘80s and ‘90s.

His political and personal freedoms flourished while he continued his education in America during the ’70s. Reza embarked on a mission that would change his life forever. He returned to America and emerged as “Wally,” a spy for the CIA.

Counterintelligence, coded communications, escape tactics and evasion, dominated his new life. He risked exposure daily and after several close calls, he managed to leave Iran. His CIA activities continued in Europe for a few more years before he and his family finally moved to America.

After the 9/11 attack, Reza Kahlili activated a handful of sources within Iran and once again contacted the CIA. He continues as an active voice for a free Iran and works toward ending the thugocracy of the mullah’s regime. He has written several articles for various media expressing his opinions and hope for a free Iran.

He now lives in California.

“A Time to Betray” is part of JCITA’s (Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy of DOD) Iranian Program’s readings. Where he also lectures frequently.

“A Time to Betray” is now part of CI CENTRE: The Leader in Counterintelligence, Iranian Program’s readings. Where he also lectures frequently.

Yes happy(Indian) Canuck you are right it sounds like Iran is obsessed with Israel oh wait source is a CIA operative and last i checked its an American agency not Iranian.

The Jews in Iran are alive today, because the Supreme leaders deemed it fatal to kill them all, because it would lead to a massive retaliation from Israel, so they are kept hostage there "Just in case".

Why do not your " just in case " hostages migrate to Israel ? :azn: Maybe they are treated much better in Iran :undecided: Sounds logical ? Jews have been living in Iran since ancient times and even after the revolution , they didn't abandon the country ... Speaks volumes about the intentions of the Supreme Leader ... Or as they say , actions speak louder than words , huh ?

You seem to be incapable of comprehending the word "Hostage", it means that they cannot immigrate to Israel.

The government of Iran does not allow all members of one Jewish family to leave the country at the same time, just in case some of them try to leave the country permanently, their family members in Iran are hostages of the state.

Wealthy Jews were also executed, hanged in prison without public charges or legal proceedings, in Iran for trying to help other Iranian Jews to leave the country.

But you lack the knowledge about this subject because you think that Iranian Jews did not leave Iran after the revolution. You are wrong.

All who could, fled. The revolution and the executions of prominent Jews caused mass exodus of Iranian Jews.

Really ? Any prove of whatever you have said above ? :azn: I am not aware of any ban on Jews to migrate to Israel ... And why even would they take them as hostage , what use would that be ? Ok statistics for the Jews leaving Iran after the revolution ... Shall i begin about the human rights violation in Gaza Strip and West bank ?

Netanyahu: No Lebanon will be on the map

Netanyahu: No Lebanon will be on the map - English pravda.ru

Is it really that strange for anyone to say Israel should be wiped off? Besides, Iran never threatened nuclear war on Israel.

Even if Jews weren't allowed to migrate to the Zionist entity, it would be perfectly understandable considering Israel's racist and aggressive policies. Israel is occupying another country for God's sake. Hello! Let's talk about the immense suffering of Palestinians instead of the 25,000 Jews in Iran who are living there in peace.

Oh Stop.

Jews are treated better in Iran than anywhere else. I can say this with 100% certainty.

You are talking about 20 000 Iranian Jews, a very tiny community in Iran, but politically speaking, all minorities in Iran are well treated, not more nor less than let's say the majority Muslims.

There are more Iranian Jews in Israel than Iranian Jews in Iran.

So Jews saying that Iranian Jews can not leave Iran are lying again for the Nth time about an Nth subject.

Your own words fail you. Most Iranian Jews fled right after the revolution. It was a 100000 Persian Jews living in Iran and only 20000 left there now.

As I said, making empty threats is an Iranian hobby.
