One regiment is equal to 5 or 6 squadrons and One squadron is equal to some 14 batteries or some 48-125 missiles.

Not sure about the army but six Akash surface-to-air missile (SAM) squadrons are to be deployed in the northeast by IAF.

Not sure about it, but not certainly only two -

Here it says a squadron has some 14 batteries - Six new Akash squadrons to give IAF missile muscle - The Times of India
Here it says a squadron has some 18 batteries - Akash (Sky) surface-to-air missile

14,000 crore rupees or $2 billion for some 12 squadrons with 2 batteries each isn't really worth it!
