"If a terror incident has been claimed by TTP it still doesn’t mean that it has been carried out by TTP." Spokesperson KP Government

Why wouldn’t India go after F-16 based AF bases since fighters are frontline of a threat matrix, why go after surveillance/monitoring aircrafts only ?
F16s counter some threats. Surveillance apparatus covers a lot more.
Besides destroying Pakistan's surveillance and monitoring capability, India ordered a large fleet of P8I exactly at the same time.

I can manage it for you, sir. Just give me 1 million dollars and the target. In Pakistan, everything is possible.
Btw, everything is possible all around the globe. Some money, some nuts, and some gasoline...all it takes.
The food for thought still exists.

1. Surveillance aircrafts vs fighters ( AMRAAM equipped), did India make a wrong choice of target aircraft or were P-3Cs significantly involved in CT role.

2. Replacement of aircrafts. Sweden and USA both replaced/repaired AWACs and P-3s. PAF’s F-16 replacement woes saga continues.

3. Which proxy/proxies can India freely use against Pakistan inside Pakistan.

Pakistan cannot point fingers directly at India if surveillance aircraft are taken out vs fighter aircrafts ? As fighters are solely meant against India.

If Imran Khan had no power, he should have left the government as per promise.

Why is he crying now??

Imran Khan owned those negotiations, now he want to distance himself from responsibilities.

The question is why is this govt bound to IK negotiated things? Why not do a military op? Who is stopping them. These morons are blaming IK a sif he ruled for decades, insted its these mofos that been ruling for decades.

Wow! so much sympathy with TTP. Government should immediately cancel his Pakistani passport and dump him to Afghanistan. Go back to your original place. these are the same pathan mindset who talks about dividing Pakistan just to make Afghanistan bigger. Intelligence agencies Need to do lots of covert operations. It's necessary.

Governments does not work like electric switches. Freed TTPs under Ik government would not return voluntarily or captured easily.

P3 were being used to collect radio signatures in FATA during COIN operations. How did TTP knew this and decided to target these planes, is either inside job or info from foreign handlers.

This Barrister Saif seems like a proper TTP sympathizer (considering his history with Jihadi organizations in Afghanistan and his ludicrous statements)

PC tere maame ke putar hai yaa TTP jo tu unhe ilaaj ke liye Swat aane de ga? aur bachon pe firing bhi ghalti se kar di hogi bhole bhaale TTP walon ne?

To all those idiots who think that TTP is some sort of terror organisation -- TTP is the creation of Pakistan Army Generals. And that is why IK proposed to talk with them knowing perfectly well that TTP was an outfit being handled directly by the corrupt Generals of Pakistan Army. So IK basically called their bluff.

Some background on TTP.

Formed in 2007 by Baitullah Mehsud who was once an ISI asset. Another asset gone rogue.

TTP gained prominence as a result of nutjobs during Lal Masjid operation when some elements were let go and eventually joined the TTP ranks.

The interesting thing is their ranks include both Pashton and Punjabi ethnicity. Several other secterian terrorist groups joined their ranks and attacked Pakistani state left and right.

This is a failure on multiple fronts. Intelligence (your asset went rogue), half hearted Lal Masjid operation (operational failure + public who sympathized with terrorists) + constant law enforcement operations to take them down (police).
