This Report is Fake and not the so-called "Official Saftey Guide", I would advice you not to expound this subject as it is un-real report contrary to real one.
Obviously, such an insane driving safety guide can never be the “Official Driving Safely Guide”, its not hilarious, its ridiculous and written in a child-like manner, which is insane in its own un-real and preposterous reports.
I am laughing on the person who posted it as a thought of thinking it as the "Official Driving Saftey Guide". lol

Look for your self, their is no Copyright, their is no Stamp as the Official Driving Guide, further more their is no other place I can aquire this. Seems like this is the only one in the entire Internet, used by only those who want to laugh a bit thinking it to be real. This Image is Photoshoped, the site http://cache.gawkerassets.com/ is not even Valid. Try going to the site by yourself, its not a valid website.
