Frankly, UAE is no friend to Pakistan. Does everyone forget the threat leveled at Pakistan by one of these emirati ministers stating Pakistan had better choose who its friends are or else (during the start of the stupid intervention in Yemen). Then hosting Modi as a way to slap Pakistan in the face for noncompliance. I have heard from a close friend (Saudi) that the vitriol behind closed doors was getting so bad that the Saudi govt had to intervene to tell the emirati to shut their pie holes (afterall, much of the GCC's defensive posture relies on an understanding that Pakistan will support them when the need arises... See Bahrain's response to Arab Spring).

They are also extremely wary of CPEC and Gwadar as it has the potential supplant Dubai as a the major free port on the arabian sea dealing with international commerce.

And yet they help us in building our country. To understand the dynamics of these situation you need to dig deep where you will find the root of your answer.

Please let this thread be a positive thread if can't say something good your silence is for me more enough to contribute to this Thread thank dear :-)

UAE is no more our friend. They turned their eyes when Pakistan was fighting terrorism. They aid religious schools creating sect. voilence. They finance terrorists fighting Pak forces. They are against CPEC. They prefer India over Pak for doing businesses, and employee recruitment.
They are same as US.
Friend by mouth, foe at heart.

Friends did not say vote us or you pay a price give us solders so we use them in yemen war as scap goats or you will pay a price

They helped Pakistan in her previous wars and after nukes tests, (when the big, close friend Mr. Sam turned red in anger) so they were expecting help in return. Even they recognized Taliban govt in Afghanistan after only one visit of President Farooq laghari.

Then hosting Modi as a way to slap Pakistan in the face for noncompliance.

Pakistani PM has hosted Modi in his house, how you can ask others not to host him ? and why should not they host him after what happened that is mentioned above ?

You should bring some proofs regarding your claims

What you are saying is as far from the truth as possible. The UAE junior ministers statement was at the behest of the Saudis.

Dubai's dynamics are very different then Gawdars. Do bother studying who they cater to.

As far as CPEC is concerned, they have no issues, and as a matter of fact will be part of it. Do keep in mind, the first commercial shipment out of Gawadar, was to the UAE.

Do not eschew things because of your wrong perceptions.

What do you mean they turned their eye? Did we ask anyone for any help?
