punjab and harryana has only 4% people under povrty line and there will be 0.60% people under poverty by next 5 years.......

farmers are the main cause of electricty shortage because govt wants to privatistion of electricity board....and if privatisation is done they will 24 hours of electricity but thre will be no subsidy given to farmers ....so farmers are opposing it......see recent hartals in chandigarh by farmers....

buddy dont you think so situation is improving there is no cut fromlast 7-8 months and in ludhiana there will 24 hour electricity in residential areas from this year according to news paper

reliance has much more influence than others......and what ever sector they entre in india they make it gold.........i think they can do much fast r&d than others.......what an ideal defence sector it would be when....tata will make armour vehicles..........l&t will delop defense...
