Backtracking: India says no helicopters used in 'surgical strikes'

There was no shot-down helicopter, no casualties. No Pakistani, individual or agency, knew about it. The PAF scrambled, but reached after everything was over and they found nobody on site.

Looks like the Officer leading the attack was Sunny Deol.

I can't actually believe Indian members are buying this B.S crap from Indian media outlets. @Joe Shearer @hellfire have already disclosed what happened, read that.

I am perplexed how people are actually buying this crap. Sunny Deol was leading the attack.
You're right, Indian media gone bonkers. You see most main media is anti bjp so they don'thave any credible sources in govt , so they keep spinning false stories , e.g Russia miliitary canceling pak visit.

Regarding surgical strike its pure humint and courage from Indian govt

1. Aerial strikes mean - strikes by the IAF. The previous release does not contradict this.
2. Since this is fiction, why worry about it? Spread the message all over the world and keep your guard down. :)
We are not worried at all.
We actually can't wait to bang Indians, their media and high officals for their false and cooked up stories and how they fooled themselves and their nation.
''Sir G Kal Strike'' will be a permanent troll which will be used by Pakistanis.
And as per Helicopter claim, you can check, I have added relevant proof as claimed by your media ....... :smokin:

No. This is a tin-horn four-flusher like the one who just left the forum, the one with connections to both the Indian military high command and the Pakistani. Please don't inflict your bullshit on us. It may impress the little ones, it makes a very poor impression on everyone else.

Making fun - sure. No need to be alarmed, India has done nothing.

Fucking chotias!

Am not discussing India.
Just saying that India did nothing and will do nothing. Please stay cool and chill out. We are innocent of any such 'crime'. Your Govt. accepted that as well.

Why would Pakistan have the camps 3km near the border... in artillery range. 4 days ago Bharti media says that Pakistan evacuated all the camps too lol. These people are so desperate they'll believe anything. There establishment knows how stupid they are.

I have a most entertaining one, watching the likes of Windjammer, Viper0011 and you talk your airy-fairy nothings. What total hollow frauds you are, with your little flourishes and your brave words and your witty little rabbits shaking their bottoms. Shallow minds with shallow opinions and an unquenchable thirst for self-publicity.

Ah well.

One down, two to go.

They did not treck for 10 hours on Pakistani side of LOC. spent only Only 4 hours in AJK.

To maintain element of surprise they went on foot from Indian side itself. crawled through barbed wires and mine fields on both Indian and Pakistani sides.

Thats how SF work.

That one soldier wandered into Pakistan in middle of the day. These guys entered Pakistan through specific entry points, the ingress routes had been surveyed . They knew where Pakistani checkposts were.
Dude have you ever visited LOC? Or are you building castles in thin air. I have personally visited LOC on several sectors. It is so much heavily guarded by both sides that even if bird flies from one border to another the soldiers will know. There are several lines of defence and Pakistan Army and rangers checkpoints are every half KM away then all those check posts are backed by quick reaction force of 15-20 men . Followed by intensive patrols by Pakistan Rangers between each check points of half KM. This type of security is there when we are in peace time. So when you say that 150 a company size of your soldiers entered in Pakistan and stayed there for four hours i just simply don't buy that

Just a day after India claimed that its army carried out “surgical strikes” inside Pakistan with the support of military choppers, a senior Indian minister retracted the claim saying “these did not involve any aerial operations.”

“There were no aerial strikes,” Indian Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, himself an ex-Indian Army man, toldThe Hindu during an interview.

Rathore said the Indian Army crossed the Line of Control (LoC) “on the ground” for carrying out what he termed were “pre-emptive strikes”. “That is not like crossing the international border.”

‘Surgical’ farce blows up in India’s face

On Thursday, soon after the Indian military claimed that it had carried out “surgical strikes” against perceived “terrorist launch pads” on the Pakistani side of the LoC in disputed Kashmir region, the Pakistani Army ripped to shreds the Indian farcical claim as an “illusion being deliberately generated by the Indians to create false effects”.

Rathore’s remarks appeared to endorse the version of the army’s media wing, ISPR, which insisted: “there has been no surgical strike by India, instead there had been cross-border fire initiated and conducted by India.”

While Indian media grossly exaggerated New Delhi’s claim the Pakistani media, however, questioned its authenticity.

The Indian Express had called it a “defining moment” but said the government must now be vigilant to ensure that the “clamour for more” did not fuel an escalation in hostilities.

The Hindustan Times welcomed the strikes in an editorial headlined “Befitting response”, and said India would “take satisfaction from the revenge, served cold”.

Cross-border raid: Strategic analysts laugh off Indian claim

The Indian army provided little insight as to how the entire operation was conducted. The media there, however, said the operation was a combination of heliborne and ground forces. Special forces were para-dropped for the operation, it added. It said alleged terror launch pads targeted were in the range of 2- 3 kilometres from the LoC.

Some Indian news websites, which mentioned the use of helicopters in the operation:
