Not surprising. They have a territory the size of Sri Lanka but the population of maybe Kuching Utara. They are spread far and wide. The Navajo would have a terrible time trying to hook up everybody.

Not surprising? I am very surprised! Being the only superpower, US can't do for Navajo what China, a developing country, did for Tibet? It looks Chinese state owned companies shine where those for profit private companies failed. Being able to enjoy modern facilities is considered a "human right" too?

I don't recall any Navajo leaders ever calling a press conference and asking for help.

Interesting logic that you have there. They did not hold a press conference, therefore, they don't want any help, and they must just have wanted to be self-sufficient.

Does that spell things out in big enough letters for you?

What are we supposed to do? They don't want help.

I was shocked that when I first saw restaurant in the US serve large cups of ice water with ice cubes in the snowy winter. Asians can't drink waters like that way.

Americans have one of the lowest life expectancy among OECD countries despite their crazy medical expenditure. I am not saying drinking ice water is unhealthy, but their way of living is mitigating their craziness in medical spending.

But ours is higher than yours...by your logic maybe there is a connection.
Not sure why you think we spend all day drinking ice water. Just because some countries don't have to boil/filter their water doesn't mean ice cubes come flying out of the tap. It just means when you are thirsty you can grab a glass of water at somewhere between cold and 49C. I'm sure people in China at times carry a little bottled water container with them. They don't stop when thirsty and stick a lighter under it to boil it because they can't stand water that isn't piping hot.

Oh my God he's crazy drinking that non-hot water!! The HORROR!! His life expectancy is going to go down!!!

Nobody thought Hong Kong would develop this fast either, we did it in only a few decades.

And China today is in fact developing much faster than HK did in the 1970's-1980's.

China's rise is the fastest any country has ever risen in all of recorded human history. It shouldn't be a surprise though, everyone knows the potential of Chinese people. The only thing that can possibly stop our rise is the end of the world. :P

I agree,China's rise has been unprecedented.I hope India is also able to follow China & all our people are lifted out of poverty like yours

No, even when I was in the west, I only drink boiled water.
Drinking cold water is harmful to health, according to Chinese medicine.

Such device helps little to Chinese who drink hot water most of the time.

You sure about the cold water fact? & if yes how beneficial is warm water as compared to ice water
