All those Saudi "patients" should consider the following:-

(i) If Saudi was really threatened there is only one country they will turn to. Yes America. History proves it.

(ii) America has two twins in Middle East. Isreal and Saudia. Accordingly US will defend both with force.

(iii) In the first Gulf War nearly half million US troops moved into Saudia to attack Iraq. What was the Pakistani contribution? Few token soldiers idling in the desert?

(iv) Saudia paid something in the region of $60 billion dollars to America for the Gulf War one. That is more money than Pakistan has got from every country on earth since 1947. Why did Saudia not ask Pakistan to play a bigger role and get paid accordingly. After all America charged money?

(v) The reality is US and Saudia are deeply interconnected and allied to each other. It is relationship that has been built up since 1950s. Pakistan by comparison is just a passing acquaintenance. Saudi would drop Pakistan like a shitbag for USA.

(vi) There exist a nexus between Isreal and Saudia through USA. A sort of informal understanding where both Isreal and Saudia respect each other and walk instep with respect to their guardian - USA.

These are some of things that those who have allowed religion to intoxify their rational thinking should consider. Islam and Saudia are not the same thing. Islam is a universal religion and not copyright property of the American project called "The House of Saud".

im glad the people running turkey dont have the same attitude towards this issue.

There are 3 brotherly states for us. TRNC, Azerbaijan and Pakistan. Although i'm pro-Turkic and very nationalist. Other Turkic states are not our brother states (sadly, we lost connection with them long ago, i hope we can restore in the future.)

for those of us who actually believe in islam and the quran...
im going to say this.
if i have to choose pakistan vs my religion i will choose my religion because im not burning in hell for eternity by going against my religion...
but by being pakistani i know i will never have to make this decision because my country exists because of my religion...
if religion doesnt unite us then to be honest with i rather have my punjab united...

That's Precisely why they'll keep asking for Pakistan's help. There is something called "come to Jesus moment", I think the Arab world has had it, and the perception about Pakistan has changed entirely. Pakistan is no longer viewed or considered as a "client state". The Arabs and the Western world, both know the growth Pakistan has started to face, and its meaning in terms of power projection. So at this point, Pakistan has elevated herself to a much higher level than before. Same thing happened with Pakistani premier's trip to the US, both countries agreed to disagree on many issues but without hard feelings, which shows maturity and respect for either side's status at the same level, irrespective of the US being a super power.
