China that has always helped Pakistan in every crisis.

In which crisis did China has helped Pakistan?

One of the biggest priorities for our foreign diplomacy is to help Pakistan to rebuild its economy,

Your Priority do not take much time to change. We saw your priority shifted from N Korea to S korea. You will not be able to owe Pakistan for a long time.

One of the biggest priorities for our foreign diplomacy is to help Pakistan to rebuild its economy, so Pakistan will take the ride of China's new silk road to revitalize its economic structure.

By then, we can help Pakistan to build up a stronger navy with the nuclear subs and the AIP subs.

China should, in fact, deploy its forces to safe guard Gwadar. Troops on the ground.

Going by Pakistan's foreign policy history, you would want to be really careful before sharing anything technological critical with the Pakistanis. You never know, when the Chinese will be become " the satanistic atheists" while americans become "children of abraham". And getting Chinese technology into the hands of the Americans is not something that is beyond the Pakistanis.

Thank you for your intellectual insight! Had you studied a bit more about the history of Pakistan-America relations and then compared it to Pakistan-China relation, you could have posted some thing really informative and useful, Alas!

ON TOPIC: Pakistan is developing a few naval ports on the western side and these will become the main ports for Pakistan navy, away from the congestion of Karachi port. Regarding China using it as a military port on foreign soil, there is no development in this regard as of yet. Surely, this will have with mutual consent.

Oh please. Can you tell me, how different is the US-Pak relation to Sino-Pak relations besides the fact that both are providing you with money? The Chinese btw are giving you loans, while the Americans gave you grants. Both have riders. There is no free lunch. The Americans gave you money to funnel to the Afghans to defeat the Soviets. The Chinese are giving you money to develop their western flank and stop fundamentalism on their soil. Both are giving you money.
They are already re-evaluating their options. Know why? Cancellation of visits. Cancellation of projects. There are no sanctions here. Only cancellations. So please spare me the lecture on knowing history.

On-topic, I am fully in support of China putting troops in Pakistan. This will pull China into the quagmire of the current regional fiasco. Not to mention, the Americans getting peeved and starting their own fingering.

Pakistan as a sovereign nation is free to station any submarine or force in it's territory .... My 2 cents ... :enjoy:

I have always maintained that Pakistan should sign a defense treaty with China. There is nothing wrong letting Chinese establish military bases in Pakistan. If we can let Americans use our soil only to watch our east wing severed, why not China that has always helped Pakistan in every crisis.

Even in 1971, China did nothing to help just as it did nothing in 1965 and 1999. So; 1965, 1971 and 1999 were not crises ?

China can be second line of defence , but not first line of defence. India is not big threat. A crippled economy is bigger threat. Plus even India double the fleet, they can't block the ports of water ways. Its not that easy anymore.
