What's new

Hassan Rohani | The New Iranian President.

The nuclear program is already in a too much developed stage to shut it down. Too many money has been put in it. What to do with it? Make it at least more economic profitable, continue enriching but don't forget international concerns, relate it with geo-political issues, etc.

What will happen next? Iran will profit from it, just like South Africa and Kazakhstan did when they ended their program. Have they become a puppet of the west? Have they lost something? No, they didn't.

I agree that we should follow a non confrontational policy regarding nuclear program. You can read in news that many regional countries sign deal with big powers to start a nuclear program, and U.S even supports them. We shouldn't give them excuses more than this.Ahmadinejad did Israel a favor with his confrontational policies. We could still achieve all the advancements without all these noise, if only we knew a little bit of diplomacy.

Exactly. I'll bet that all these sanctions + international isolation and concerns weren't presented if Iran would act more civilized; rhetorically especially. How the hell did Ahmadinejad dared to insult Jews by making all kinds of idiotic statements about the holocaust, about 'wiping countries of the map' (don't bring me this translation argument), and to question 9/11? Even if you believe that Israel acts unfairly in relations to Palestinians; there are better aways to address this.

This isn't Iranian culture. Iranians aren't this rude. Ahmadinejad has, with his words, destroyed Iran's image. There was a time when our parents travelled proudly with their passports.

Hussein in Washington D.C, Hassan in Tehran, you guys think we'll finally get along?

Both of two regimes will go down together.. At least Mollahs still have time to go reforms to save their tails..But Beshar al-Cat had already missed that chance..

imagine citizens of a country that no:2 gaz and no:3 oil rich of world peddleing, working in black markets and robbing out of poverty in Turkey..

Today istanbul police busted an iranian armed robbery gang of 6 persons who stop tourist cars and plunder tourists in highways...

i realy pity for iranian people..

How about you pitty for Turkish youth, erdoganist.
Thanks to islamists like you people of a previously secular country are cracked down and treated with tear gas. Funny that the chemical gas hit them from Turkish Muslim brotherhood and not Assad chemical arsenal.
If you look at the pictures people are happy in Iran.
Thanks to people like you Turkey is retrograding.

Using tear gaz, water canon or cosh againist violaence are standart of EU countries and US by police..
Chemical gaz??? dont be so kido..There is no even any kind of chemical weapon in Turkish army inventory..

During entire 18 days of hard protests only 4 citizens died..one of them was police..one is died due to car crash accidentaly..the other died from sotens that thrown by protests mistakenly..

There is only one deatly incident that have been claimed shot by police bullet...But it is no proven and not clear yet...
on the other hand hundrends of police wounded. Two of them by gun..and hundrends of police cars burned or destroyed.

everyone have right of protets day and nignt for months...But no one has shoulnt right of occupy touristic and trade center of city for weeks..and giving tremendous damage to public and private properties..Commercial losses of people excede billions of dollar...

Most of that protests were marginal groups...They despiseing election system and voting right of people because the largest group of them won only 0.5% of votes..

If such sort of protests with full of vandalism occured in Washington, London, Paris or Berlin then you will see how west police would interven with protests...

There are armed robberies in America, one of the richest country in the whole world. Just because Iran has resources doesn't mean it wont have poor people, and the crime rate in Iran is relatively low compared to many developed countries in Europe, Americas , etc..

Good good, you went from one islamist mullah scum regime to another, i have pretty much given up on hopes that the Iranian people finally might open their eyes, and divide religion from state.

They did the best they could within the given framework and sent a clear message to the mullahs. But yes, there is still a long way, I agree

Today I talked to my Iranian friend who is my squash partner. He is very happy at this result and was hoping that the supreme leader would let Hassan work freely.

All your hate come from syria, before terrorists come to syria, you guys loved iran ,specially Ahmadinejad. and now because of syria you are talking against iran too emotional. all you talk is BS about shia, sunni ....
you wanna they kill each other and you dont care to freedom, democracy or human rights and you call yourself muslim, interesting.
we always are saying, the solution of syria is a free election, and both sides should take a part. but you guys never can understand it and all you want is sharia law and suppressing others. what is happening nowadays in Turkey is because of this thought.

I'm sorry for erdu and his pro who call millions of turkish people terrorists.

I just can suggest you brotherly to be calm and re-think, Syria is not All we have got.
