In absence of govt, Chief election commissioner has the authority to appoint interim pm,and incase ecc is not their then unconstitutional way is sc will appoint ecc

But this fellow is asking for the dissolution of EC as well! So, he wants apex court to appoint a PM? When it's apex court means anyone can get a stay order too! Is this how a country is govern?

Decision of court just in between when Qadri was speaking. I mean hell of synchronization.

Yeah, there does seem to be a awful coincidence in the SC judgment and then the subsequent congrats given by Qadri. This judgment came out of the blue.

But I don't think that Army is in this. Because simply, this is not in their favor.

He assured that when IK will come in govt after election which are bound to happen in few months, whole situation will and position of the country will be better......ik orr not ik, the main thing is, he was assured of democratic process and elections

My sources say the same thing.

Army will only and I say only step in if there is instability at the National level.

Until then, politicians should take the credit if things are resolved nicely, and take the blame for any mess out there.


My view so far (and I could be wrong) that Mullah TuQ TuQ or anyone talking about Tehrir square in Pakistan is simply an idiot of nth degree.

Egypt needed tehriri square because they had no fing political system for ages. Mubarak and his ilk had a stranglehold on everything in the country.


In our case, we are about to complete 5th year of an elected government. And now ready for the next elections.

Then why spoil the system?

PPP can not under these circumstances postpone the elections unless there is extreme violence on the streets.

Then why create or threaten violence?

and f up the election process.

Do we as a nation believe in peaceful transition of government from now to the next?

If so, then quit $hitting on Islamabad roads and go home and prepare for elections. Use your fing vote and change the system.

If the people, even 40k have reached Isl, then they can gather more if Qadri decides do. If Qadri pushes emotions and tells the people to ransack the parliament, they will do it no questions asked.

If the government wanted to do something, they had to stop the march outside Isl. This could turn the place into a blood pool if Qadri pushes it.

Hakumat is waqt baarish ka sahara kar rahi hai!!! Remember, rains forecast for tomorrow and government hoping the people will disperse because of it.

Yeah, maybe PTI getting the stage set for making an entrance themselves. They can't let Qadri steal the show and be a people's representative.
