Featured Pakistan operationalises Bayraktar TB-2 MALE UCAV for PAF

Under an airspace effectively populated by tactical and kamikaze drones, troop movement can be completely paralyzed.

With up to 100 daily engagements in a few square kilometers, the soldiers in the trench, the artillery units, the tanks behind the barriers, the armored convoys, almost everything that moves, was neutralized with a precise and effective hit. This situation not only destroyed the tactical possibilities of the rival military units, but also created a terrible psychology on the enemy soldier.

That's why the whole world is now focusing on counter-measure concepts just like on tactical assault drones.

I have seen concept of AI hunter/killer drones, Turkey is doing some amazing work in this field, and Pakistan is going to take part in this.

Turkey will keep Pakistan competitively superior in the area because they are belting out amazing tech

According to a famed Russian journalist who was on the ground he said Turkey targetted everything that moves within 72 hours offensive agaisnt SAA even against dogs and cats that moved was targetted he described it as surreal experience due to the intensity

This operation was originally planned more comprehensively and would not end with only neutralizing two brigadier generals and the responsible colonel. Due to the special circumstances at the beginning of 2020, a ceasefire was signed before the army leg of the operation began.

Ive stated before that Pakistan is building a large UCAV force of easily 200+ within the next few years. Based off of lessons learned via our own experience and the recent experiences of Turkey. The purchase of the TB2 only made logical sense as many of the technologies can easily be utilized to improve our own Shahpar 2 drone which was just revealed recently. 12 units transfer/6 per squadron= 2 squadrons in the immediate term.

There are limits to production capabilities. Same reason we are procuring VT4s or J10s. Therefore Pakistan will acquire atleast 36 of these systems at a minimum alongside domestic production of our own Shahpar 2s. We have enemies of both fronts at the moment but UCAVs are primary weapons that we need today ASAP as they are major force multipliers in many fields.

Pakistan is also working with Turkey to produce ANKA systems for long range missions at home. This I see as a major benefit for us as it allows the ToT of major technologies to Pakistan, that allows us to take the next step up in the capabilities of our domestic UCAVs. So far we have

- 50 WL2
-50 CH4
- 30 Burraq
- 36 TB2
- 36 Shahpar 2
- 36-50 ANKA

This is what I see within the next 2-3 year. This year alone I expect a large induction of WL2s and CH4s previously ordered as well as more units of TB2/Shahpur 2 delivered in conjunction.

Bayraktar is just warming up. Pak needs to get hold of the HALE UAV Akinji, and then jet powered attack UAV, MIUS (under development). If possible make JVs with Bayrakrar...

Akinji and MIUS will definitely be another additions that will follow in the future especially MIUS and could also see us buying the LHD carrier along with several squadrons and could even see us purchasing few LHD carriers not only one

Yes for sure ... superior technology!? :drag: ... and at the same time they plan to sell even larger numbers of this "most deadly UAV on earth" to India. Not sure how this helps to"keep Pakistan competitively superior"??

They won't sell it to India this much has been settled and discussed. some people ran with commericial drones as if Turkey would sell weapons to them. It was commericial drones where an Indian company has bought 60% of it..

Not 60 %, but just 30 %, majority stakes are owned by Turkish company
