Do you know that innocent until proven guilty. Furthermore, this position of "special assistant" does not affect the proceeding of the case against him.

The judge has reserved the verdict so it can go either way right and until proven, he is not guilty and furthermore case is not against him at all rather how his name was added into the Blacklist and how it was removed... so he is not even a party.. but it proves you didn't even read it...but what else can we expect from a Mr. OneLiners.
