Actually he is on a visit after special invitation. This was clarified by Shah Mehmood Qureshi. If special invitation means 4-5 billion dollars soft loan to avoid IMF than it is a must go trip at any cost. Also Asad Umer is accompanying him. Only 4 Pakistan Govt officials are traveling to Saudia Arab, as per the news.
