There are two variants of Brahmos-2.

One is an upgraded Brahmos-1 with a modified ramjet that will propel the missile to mach 5.

The other is a new design which looks like the picture above, and depending on how good the materials are, it will be able to perform from a minimum of mach 7 up to mach 13. There is also a plan for it to release the warhead and then fly back to base, making it a reusable missile.
