For people here thinking targets didnt hit because of dust fumes. It often is like that at a shooting range. Dust fumes can be kicked up both when you hit targets and when you miss.

Never actually fired at a wedding, but have ample experience in the Ranges of Sialkot, Kharian, Kohat and Jhelum.
Watch the video again maybe your eyes playing tricks on you due to old age, rounds hitting the ground and dust rise at a range where the firing butt/ hill is 20 Metres behind the tgt is normal, not when the tgt is placed directly against the hill.

He did hit those targets, you need to know that those are paper targets and not steel plates.....here the norm during Practice fire at Military ranges is that we use the cutout of target from a Ghee tin can nailed to a bamboo stick......gets the job done at a cheap price......but in this video paper targets were used, all the bullets were hitting sand dune.....he fired some shots on ground while getting up from a prone to create distrationand cover......
