Why you have to make a copy of the Sikorsky helicopter? If you have the tech to build a helicopter, you surely have the ability to come up with your own design?

Why re-design the wheel instead of improving it?

Nobody else does it. All major aircraft companies come up with their own designs. That's the reason everyone calls China copycat.

Nobody else does it? The same copycat accusation was thrown at Americunts by the British in the mid 19th century, then by Americunts at the Japanese in the 1970's, then again by Japanese at South Koreans in the 1990's. Working with proven designs or concepts is nothing new. There is something called convergence in engineering, as physics dictates there are only so many shapes that work for its purpose. You wouldn't make a square wheel just to be unique would you?

Don't send some exceptional examples. We are talking about exact copies here and in many things.

These aren't exceptional examples. These copycat accusations were normal in the past and quickly silenced once the one accused of copying surpass the original.

Exact copies? You know the internal workings of Z-20 inside and out? Not even the workers building these choppers can make the same claim.
