Young Japanese scholars head to China for stable, independent jobs

War, high import prices, rising energy prices.
Japan, S. Korea, Germany, all net trade deficit.
Japan is a net trade deficit country, Korea and Germany may experience trade deficit in a month or two, but both are still largely trade surplus countries.

Korea has has net trade deficit for almost a year:
Germany has had a trade deficit since July:

Nice try, but the world isn't just China and Vietnam.

This is what are highly sought-after, like the LZ2000 that is released this year.
A company needs sufficient sales and revenue to continue and expand, sales money will pour back into quality contral and innovation, being squeezed out of the mainstream market with insufficient revenu, your days will be numbered,

Trade surplus or deficit countries are gauged on yearly basis, Germany and Korea are still trade surplus countries.

Again, as long as TV enthusiasts exist, we will keep buying hi tech stuff from Panasonic.
We aren't satisfied with LG and Samsung quality, no, and TCL and Hisense haven't caught up yet.

It's like saying we should eat McDonald because it has the biggest market share, it's idiotic and tasteless.

Well, Korea already has trade deficit for a year so it counts, Germany is basically next year then, no worry.

TV enthusiasts ? how many of them and how do you define them? a huge company needs lots of sales to support its staff and manufacturing, you do know this , don't you?

TV enthusiasts are people who have money to spend on the highest quality TV. These guys buy online and pre-order.
Panasonic and Sony are targeting this market, this is why you don't see much on the wild anymore, they don't produce much TVs but they are sold out when they are available.

If they can't have mainstream market, they'll have to downsize their staff and operation cost to the bone, that will make them out of business very soon, you know how Korean and Chinese companies pour huge sum of the sales money into research and innovation to keep up with the tech time, don't you? Japanese are still using floppy disks today, this is how far behind they are lagging in today's high tech time.

Well, Abe is just killed so maybe. Shinzo Abe was a boomer conservative who guts Japan's fundamental research for cheaper tourist money.
There's a big chance that current PM Fumio Kishida will be removed somewhere in 2023 due to his unpopularity, and Taro Kono, the current digitalization minister, will become PM.

This guy is the most unusual and technologically advanced politician of the LDP.

Would be interesting to see how we would steer Japon.
LDP is Japan's DPP,
It's CIA cultivated pet project political party,it will be always US leaning, niave to hope for otherwise, some of their representative might be more pro US , right-winged cultist like Abe , and some less but real change will come from the opposition party, but China's leaders seeking political points caused severe harm to the opposition party with the rare earth ban crisis ,after that period LDP took over till date by playing into nationalism.

Yet Sony and Sharp still make phones, while LG doesn't make phones anymore. Weird, huh?
Let the products speak for themselves.

Not really, LDP is a hedgehodge of parties and it has many factions.
Abe's faction (Seiwakai) is notorious for being infected by CIA and war criminals, but Kishida's faction (Koichikai) for example has always been ambivalent and pro-business with China.
There was a time when the japanese emperor visits China after Tian-an-men square incident, and that was under Koichikai.

How many they sell and how much revene they make from their phones?

products don't speak for themselves, market and sales do.
Sony is actually making a profits with their phone strategy.

And yeah, I care about quality of the products, not their sales or a market shae. I'm a customer, not a marketer.

But how much? is that sustainable, again, no matter how much you claim how good they are, it's your personal thing, the market and sale decide how far a company can go. this is common sense.

By 2022, it's still making a profit so it's indeed sustainable. In fact, this is a turn-around for more than 4 years.

And about the second point, I don't really care for a company, I care about their products.
If suddenly Sony and Panasonic start making lower-quality TVs (like Samsung and LG nowadays), I would stop buying from them and buy something else better.

I personally don't give a sh*t about marketers.

Did kishida's faction shift from pro US line? It's hellbent on militarization ,for what? to aid US efforts in the containment of China and defend Taiwan if necessary.LDP has infused deeply with Washington ,through Wallstreet, thinktanks and various CIA meddling.LDP is stacked with CIA compromised shills, that talk precisely the same as a Whitehouse spokesman would. But than this phenomenon is also present across all political parties in every US allied nation ,the perks of being US ally; or more like compromised vassals.

It will take time and a massive shift in geopolitical power balance for LDP to be balanced and independent from Washington's grip.

Kishida:
1. Said no to nuclear-sharing with US.
2. Celebrate Japan-China 50th normalization.
3. Still hold FM Hayashi who is the most pro-China politician in Japan.

Ironically, the most anti-China LDP politicians are under heavy criticism in Japan due to their connection with CIA Unification Church.

But Kishida is under a lot of flaks lately, and he would likely be replaced by Taro Kono next year, and Taro Kono is much harder to predict.
