You won´t believe how much weight someone can lose...

One of the biggest factors is sugar intake. I've switched from fruit juices to tomato and mixed vegetable juice. So much healthier, much less sugar. Sodas are a killer too.

I give some training lessons at a fitness center in my city sometimes at evening and one guy there shocked me today. He told me he lost dramatic weight and i asked how much....i expected like 30 or 40 kg maybe...

he told me he lost 118.5 kg...

I was shocked but also in awe. Kudos for that.

Thats post surgery,,most probably gastro-jejunostomy,,,he did nothing worthwhile to loose weight.

yeah,,but its not recommended,ideally 1 pound a week is optimum otherwise u tend to loose muscle too.

I lost about 20 kg in past 2 years... If I lose 5kg more I think I will consider myself reasonably shaped once again

Without diet control nothing can happen.

Can a 3 home meals a day without eating any junk food be enough to be considered a good diet control?

Also how many hours a day did you work out?, Cardio only or weight lifting as well?, Did you take any breaks?, Did you go to a gym and did the place where you were working out had a good air flow, is it compulsory to sweat alot when you work out to loose weight?
