Yom El Karama: An Egyptian movie about Navy officers shortly after the Six Day War.

The Movie was shot in Alexandria and Port Saied. It covered the social and emotional lives of the officers as well as their gradual promotion to battlefield zones, they would end up sinking an Israeli destroyer and recording the first ever surface to surface missile naval kill in history. The movie’s licenses and copyrights were not granted to TV channels post the movie’s release in cinemas.

Various naval assets and weaponry were shown in the movie.
